Left work today, Thursday January 22nd to get 2 bowls for lunch. Got in line. When my turn came, I saw there was no carne asada or steak left. The lady helping turned to cook to ask and both said there is no more coming!! This was around 2pm. Why would all red meat options not being prepared? Also, last time I visited this location, the pirtions were very small! This will be the last time I visit this location!!

If I could give this chipotle a zero I would. This chipotle is unfortunately one of the few restaurants near my work place, so Im forced to go to this location more times than I would like to admit. The “staff” is a group of untrained, moody teens who are consistently rude to their customers. I one time witnessed a server get into a verbal altercation with a disabled person who simply expressed dissatisfaction with the wait time. When I offered to pay for the customer, the server refused and they made the customer leave without their food. The service is ridiculously slow because the workers are untrained and they wait for ingredients to run out before (maybe) deciding to replenish supplies. Ive waited in line for 45 minutes multiple times. When you order in person, expect to wait several minutes before a 16-year-old finally looks up from their phone, takes an airpod out and asks, “what do you want”. Think ordering online is better? Well you’d be wrong. They’ve messed up my order more times than I can count. No utensils ever. Just today I picked up my order (rice, beans, lettuce, salsa, queso, protein) and got a bowl that was 90% rice, and 4 beans. Last time I ordered queso on my bowl and they gave me shredded cheese instead. I never, ever write reviews, not on google, not anywhere. But as a good Samaritan I feel the need to warn others about the horrible experience that is the chipotle on New Scotland in Albany NY.

I would like to rate them negetive if allowed. First time I ordered online and got absolute garbage. Ordered Sofritas with brown rice, got chicken with white rice, and they forgot to add guacamole, cream and so many other things that I paid extra for.

Never ever ordering anything from here online. Never again !!!.

honestly hate writing bad reviews but my experience was incredibly bad. i placed a mobile order TEN minutes before i arrived at the store. i wanted to just go in and go out, i was in a rush because i had a bus to NYC to catch. i didn’t know how long the chipotle line would be because i dont really go to this location, i always go to the latham one

but i went in, the line was pretty long. so i went to the cashier and i told her i had a mobile order for kirby, they had it behind the counter. there was a girl in the mobile order section (like where she assembles the food) i told her i had a order for kirby, she says okay & starts doing other stuff, she comes back , asks me again what the name is. i said “kirby” and she says “yes i know but whats the name” and i tell her AGAIN “its under KIRBY” she says okay, and starts making other food. at this point i’m getting irritated because this whole interaction is making me late.

my mom comes in because she was wondering why im taking so long for a simple mobile order thats right infront of her to pass to me. my mom sees that shes just making OTHER mobile orders, even though mine is already made and just waiting to be passed to me. so she grabs the bag herself behind the counter and we leave to try to catch my bus, which i then ended up missing. i had to pay $50 for another bus ticket because of this interaction. This happened on Wednesday, I ALSO requested for extra everything & even paid for guac and the bowl was so extremely disappointing.

there was barely any rice, everything tasted unseasoned. the sour cream was chunky, the guac tasted old, and barely gave me any cheese. the food was also just overall extremely cold too. and i was overall just upset with the whole order. i spent $25 for nothing

Went to get lunch at 11, place has been open for 15 minutes. The worker rudely exclaimed when I walked in “we’re not serving right now”. I’ll be taking my business to other chipotles or takeout restaurants that are better run and treat the customer better. The food at this one is never even good anyway.

I ordered my meal for pickup through the online system. The meal I got was nothing like I ordered, it was missing several things that I was charged extra for. IT DIDNT EVEN HAVE ANY MEAT. If the location was missing that type of meat I should’ve been called to confirm what else would work. This is absolutely ridiculous! I was missing my Carnitas, queso, and cheese. I paid waaay too much money for an over priced dip basically

This location has consistently been sub par. Week after week they are not prepared for the lunch rush. Literally scraping the bottom of the rice for customers. Also, station is always dirty. If there was ever a need for a change of management, this would be the time. However, atleast the staff is friendly.

Incredibly disappointed with this location. I ordered a sofritas bowl online, and it showed up with no sofritas at all — just missing the main protein. To make it worse, there was a whole piece of avocado skin in my food. That’s careless and disgusting. If this location can’t handle basic quality control, they shouldn’t be charging full price. Totally unacceptable, Chipotle.

I always love eating chipotle but this place was a complete disappointment. I walked in and realized why the store was empty. The employees were the rudest people I have ever seen. I don’t think I have ever had a more horrible experience in my life. He rushed me and acted racist while I was just trying to decide what to eat. I didn’t think I would experience such bad behavior just because I had 1 minute to decide what to eat. It was a complete disappointment. I will never go past it again. TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES!!
