Went through the drive thru, the guy at the window totally got my order wrong. I was not rude at all, I saw they were busy so I tried to still be pleasant. I told him what I was supposed to get before he even ran my card. They fix it, I pay, they give me the receipt. The receipt is wrong, I try to correct it one more time because I want what I’m paying for. I am still not being rude or unpleasant. I’m smiling. The guy at the window turns to me, gets a complete attitude with me and pretty much blamed me for his mess up. I wasn’t even mad until he did that. I let it go, take my food after they fix it. Get home, start eating. Take a big bite into my orange chicken to find a BONE in it. Isn’t it supposed to be boneless? I know stuff happens, but after the first experience at the window, this is the worst panda around!! Highly disappointed!!

Arrived at 10:05, Sunday morning. I think we were the first customers inside, everyone was busy getting ready for the day but we were greeted and helped fast.
Portions were huge! I got the Bigger Plate for $11.30, should have gone with the option with only two entrees. Got a large drink, it was the size of my head.
Super great deals.
I can’t say this enough, fresh and stocked. Either they have a great closing crew or the employees I saw this morning bust their butts.
All tables clean.
Something I noticed. Especially with having a child under two who uses the high chair at places, this is often an overlooked thing to clean. Well I happened to check out the high chair here and it looks super clean. Either it’s never been used (unlikely) or they really keep this restaurant clean.
Will be back again.

Ordered orange chicken hot, excellent. Wok shrimp really delicious, beef very nice, egg rolls. Used delivery so wasn’t fresh, but the best Chinese in inverness for me so far.

This Panda location can be pretty hit-or-miss for me. Last time I was there, one of our meals was nice and full, but the other had pretty small portions comparatively. Like half the amount of food just about. It was too late in the evening to go back at that point, but it was disappointing for the person with the smaller meal. I’ve had several instances of them completely forgetting part of my meal. The spice level also varies. The Kung Pao is always pretty spicy, but the spice level on everything else fluctuates wildly. Overall their food is delicious, though the spice level can vary, but the service is not consistent at all. All the staff have been polite at least when there are issues, and they generally are really good about making it right if you have a problem with your order.

This place is hit or miss depending on who is cooking. They have some people that are excellent and the food is perfect, then other days where it just kinda sucks. This is one of those days. Last couple time I got fried rice it was very good, today the rice is under cooked and has simultaneously crunchy and soggy texture (usually a sign of either not cooked long enough or water not hot enough).
So I would recommend this place, but you never know what you’ll get.

I visited your location today during my lunch hour to place a food order. While I was there, two customers ordered a total of 14 meals while the line extended out the door. Many patrons, myself included, were on limited lunch breaks.
For large orders of this size, it would be helpful if they were placed in advance or handled separately so other customers can continue moving through the line. Allowing such orders to be processed in full at the counter caused the line to back up by more than 20 people and significantly delayed service.
I wanted to share this feedback in the interest of improving the customer experience, especially during peak lunch hours.

The service rendered by Jamie was excellent this evening. She is so kind and was attentive to my order and absolutely one of the most outstanding and positive servers I have ever had at the Lecanto Panda Express. I also observed her doing a very thorough job of wiping down the tables, and being kind and positive with other customers. She was so excellent I assumed she was the manager. She should be a manager!
My only complaint would be the volume of the music being too loud — therefore only 3 stars for the Atmosphere.

The food is fair and good as fast food Chinese takeout. I have been a customer for many years. I would have given it 4 starts until the terrible service we received today. Placed our mobile order; arrived when it was supposed to be ready; didn’t get a text saying it was ready; went inside and saw others not net ready; waited until after others who were queued up after us received our order to inquire on status. Received a rude response and asked again. People who were scheduled 25 minutes AFTER us received their order. We shared our dissatisfaction but received nothing but negative feedback! Will NOT go there again!

Never disappointed here! I always get the honey walnut shrimp.. upcharge is worth it if they’re fresh. It can get busy with drive-thru, patience inside usually pays off in portion sizes. Super friendly. Thanks
