I tried to order through the drive through around the time of 11:35pm. Said hello multiple times and one attended me. Me assuming they were some what busy which they weren’t because there was these two ladies at the window looking at my like if I was CRAZY and kept pointing at my to go back and that I had to WAIT for them. Which is pretty comical since they didn’t take my order at the speaker drive through early. One lady is very very nasty in the way her body language and smirky attitude, she had THICK EYE GLASSES. All this happen through the close window so I asked them if they can open so I can ask them something and lady with glasses went off on a rant and refused to open the window. So I went around to the drive through again. They told me in other words that they saw me on the camera earlier before so this means that they acknowledged I was there and refused to attend me or at very ask me to hold which I understand and would have. I guess they really don’t need the job!
I didn’t end up spending money and left upset
Side note – I told them over the speaker the 2nd time around since I have a high van my work van roof got hit by the 9 foot clearance measuring pipe that hanging. I don’t care for this vehicle since it isn’t company but I informed the lady on the speaker that they should let management know before this location really gets sued. The 9 foot clearance outside indicator is sagging and is probably only clear 8-8.5 feet which is about what my vehicle is. This is going to damage multiple vehicles very soon if not taken care of.
I would hate for this location to be known for horrible customer service and a place where your high vehicles can get damaged.

I stopped at this taco bell last night while traveling across the state. I was greeted by a nice young lady,she helped me order my food with kindness. I was obviously in a state of anxiety and confusion due to personal life situations going on. I wanted my food “Fresco style” and I was more than happy with my food. When I was leaving, it was apparent that I was having difficulty and the lady behind the counter gave me a bag to make it easier. Thank you so much to the ladies working last night, I appreciate your kindness and I’m going to stop again on my way back home tomorrow evening. BTW, the establishment was clean and inviting.

Miss peaches, supposedly the general manager for Taco Bell in Bell Glade, I just watched her rip a young Spanish woman into pieces, she is a new employee accidentally forgot to add two burritos to my order, she was calling her names telling her that she could not add them once I get to the window, then proceeded to come to me at the window and start disrespecting me and telling me what was I doing sitting at the window that I can’t just sit out the window where else was I supposed to wait for my food? So I let her have it and best believe I will be calling corporate. As a general manager, you are supposed to lead, not abuse, your new employees mentally!! Just because of a race don’t worry, I defended her. Karma coming for Ms. Peach’s.  I stand with my Latinos ️

Came in for ice and food, and as I was filling up my drink container with ice before ordering, the person who claims it is her store told me I am not allowed to just come in and fill up my personal drink container with ice.
Major hater attitude for 9:15 in the morning with no other customers in the store ♂️, so I told her she can be how she wants to be and left without ordering. Hopped over to Burger King for a fine breakfast with attitude free ice instead.

This Taco Bell is hit and miss. I usually go every 2 weeks on a Friday at about 10:30 pm. It’s confusing to walk up to a store that appears to be open, see the manager sitting in the restaurant area on her phone, try the locked doors, then have her tell me “we are closed, so just use the drive through”. On some occasions they then give the food through the drive-through and it works out great. Last night was a new low in service, however. I went to the drive through, ordered my food, then she said, “Hold for a minute” and it was a very long wait. Finally I started to say, “Are you there?” several times then she came back on and said, “Our systems are down.” “We cannot make the food.” Bizarre.
I am vegetarian and enjoy the fact that you can substitute any item to make it vegetarian and they always get my food right at all the Taco Bells including this one, but the service at this place needs vast improvement.

I always get tacos. Yup, I’m simple. They always come out pretty good, and they never put sour cream on them when I don’t ask for it, unlike a lot of other taco bells that I’ve been to. Nice, casual vibe inside. Nice! 5 stars!
