We ordered a meal online tonight and it arrived via Door Dash with a couple items missing. I called and spoke with Darnell about the issue and he had the correct order waiting for my wife when she arrived. While I wasn’t happy with door dash (we rarely use them and they’re 0/3, we’re done), Wendy’s manager took care of us and refunded the missing sandwiches. All good.

The Charlotte Hall Wendy’s usually takes longer then other locations. Then after waiting longer the fries were cold and sucked. Plus i always say no cheese on my burger and there is always cheese on it. This happens at every Wendy’s location i have gone to. I think they would put cheese on the frosties!! But the $5 & $6 Big Bags are a great deal so i scrap the cheese off.

The service varies at this location. Depends on who is working, I guess. The food we order is usually prepared correctly, and we don’t typically have issues with missing food items. We usually pick Wendy’s over the other fast food in the same shppping center because the food is fresh and we don’t have quality issues.

I’ve gone to this Wendy’s quite a few times over the years and while nothing ever blows me away, they’re usually super quick here, the employees are usually pretty chill, and things just taste good. It’s my go-to fast food when I need something quick after work.

I swear this place always gets something wrong. Food tasted old, and after they dropped my food, they replaced it with the wrong order.. of course, the one time I dont check the food, I was in a bit of a rush. Mind you, they took almost 5 minutes to get my order anyway. Also, 2 meals came out to over $20 while I ordered a value meal as the second meal is ridiculous.

The computer system is either constantly down and they can’t take orders or employees are smoking heavy amounts of marijuana right next to the drive through. Great way to lose an appetite, assuming they’re even open, don’t bother.

Within two days I had a bad experience , on last Friday night. I went through the drive thru and I was ready to order only to be told the computer system had failed and they weren’t taking anymore orders but their was a school team in the lobby that was clearly being taken care of. I proceeded to go back the next night , around 11pm just to receive old soggy fries and nuggets. It seems like this one is only good during the day.

Place was disgusting. Every table was dirty trash over flowing, food was cold and soda machine had no ice and would not work. When I asked the manager for ice and soda for our cups she had an attitude. This use to be a decent Wendy’s.
