Posting a review because im disappointed. My first time review ever goes something like this…..
3am wake up because im 6m pregnant and starving for a hamburger. Tries to go back to sleep but the hunger pain won’t let me. We’ll its 3am and I can’t find anywhere open besides McDonald’s. On Uber eats there’s this 24h “burger den” with beautiful looking burgers. Almost needed a bib for the drooling that was happening. So I go to place an order 45m wait time. Decides I rather pick it up.
On my 15m drive I Google: the burger den and I see Dennys as the picture. So I didn’t think nothing other than oh maybe its in the same parking area or Dennys is no longer there and burger den hasn’t been updated. I get to “burger den” and it truly is JUST Dennys. Which isn’t terrible but not what I wanted in the way it was advertised. So now its 4am and I sit in my car pondering on if im actually getting a burger tonight or I wait for stake n shake for lunch tomorrow. Non the less the pregnancy disappointment is ruthless so just keep in mind that the burger den is simply Dennys

Best burger I ever had ts was bussing and they got it done in less than 15 minutes, the fries the bun and the meat where all good I don’t see why people complaining, the slam burger combo is a 10/10

There is no separate restaurant, no unique menu, no different staff. They are using a fake name online to make it seem like you’re ordering from a new burger place. You’re not. You’re ordering from Denny’s.
This is deceptive. If you’re expecting a different restaurant experience or better food, you’ll be misled. Google and delivery platforms need to fix this.

This is Dennys not a new place. We got there early after ordering online.
We had to wait an extra 20mins longer for our food to finish, we ordered 4 burgers. The buns were soggy, meat was not seasoned and didn’t taste good. They forgot the beacon on one burger. Fries tasted bad. Everything was cold. Will not get food from there again.

tried this place yesterday for the first time ordered on door dash from a location closer to winter haven decided to try it again with my girl at the spot in kissimmee since that’s where she stays and she was jealous at how good i said the burger was when i got it , extremely disappointed at the difference in locations soggy bread seems like they chopped up the meat before putting it in the buns cus the entire burger is just falling apart and even more disappointed when i seen they’re open 24 hours a day , thought it was just a late night order type of deal and i woulda been fine with that but no quality being open 24 hrs is crazy still gonna come back just never this location cus the food is amazing
