The other day when I placed an order for Little Caesars pizza I was granted with wonderful customer service that stands out for its efficiency and friendliness specifically from the worker named Kayla. From the moment I walked in, It felt like a breathe of fresh air the staff is attentive, greeted me with a warm welcome and was willing to assist. The speed of service is particularly impressive the way she took my order with no problems and strides to that kitchen and tossed my pizza like Caesar himself. The Crazy puff’s were certainly Hot & Ready. Definitely enjoyed my experience at the Little Creek’s Little Caesar’s I would recommend Crazy Puff’s and a worker like Kayla.

I recently visited Little Caesars and was helped by Kennedy, who made my day with her cheerful attitude and great sense of humor. She took my order with a big smile and even cracked a joke about their pizza being “hot and ready, just like me!” Kennedy energy was infectious, and she made everyone in line laugh with her witty banter. When my pizza was ready, she handed it over with a flourish and a wink, saying, “Enjoy your pizza, superstar!” Kennedy is a gem, and she made my visit to Little Caesars unforgettable.

I ordered two pizza puffs one was made fresh the other. Was old, dried up and left out. Check your order before leaving the store or just don’t order from here. Never has any of my pizza puffs ever look like this at any other location. Waste of $4

Ordered pizza for delivery. Pizza was to be prepared. Well Done. The pizza was very undercooked toppings practically raw. When I contacted the store, I was told that they couldn’t find my order and there was nothing they could do. I’m posting pictures of the pizza… you be the judge. Does this look well done!

Horrible customer service. Listened to the phone ring for 10 mins without being answered. 10 mins! I had to step outside because it was so annoying. Crazy to think about how much money the owner is missing out on. And the pizza was 3/10. Done at your own risk!!

Great pizza place with awesome staff in a pretty terrible run down area, Norfolk as a whole needs some revamping and better budgeting towards cleaning up the city. But otherwise this store is awesome, the staff is always polite and make your food quickly. One of the employees Shawn is especially nice, always polite and willing to help with whatever you need.

I understand it is Friday orders are coming in back to back but this is unacceptable. This presentation is horrible on top of that it was undercooked this is supposed to be Deep dish with sausages and the other Italian cheese bread. If you would not feed this to yourself or your family do not do it to anyone else especially those who are paying for it! Please do better!

Ordered a simple cheese pizza , got home to eat and half way through the slice i see something sticking out and it’s a piece of hair . I Would’ve felt a little less discussed if it was at least a mini follicle . It was about 2 inches long …. Just nasty … they need to wear hairnets for sure .

Went in the snow to order a pizza as it started snowing ordered a pep hot and ready pizza well it wasn’t hot nor ready was stuck waiting 45 to 55 mins for the pizza which I did waiting in the snow for it just to go in there and wait for my pizza which they then forgot about and ended up giving me a basic pep that’s suppose to be hot and ready

Today at 6:30pm I placed an order for a 1) Custom Stuffed Crazy Crust pizza. I waited 45 mins for the wrong pizza. I was given a pepperoni pizza instead of a pizza with 2 toppings which was sausage and bacon. I called up and spoke to the manager where she tried telling me she gave me the right pizza. This is not a two topping pizza with sausage and bacon. The manager is unprofessional and clueless.
