This Tropical Smoothie location was cute.
I’ve never seen smoothies cheaper. The fruit was fresh and it was a solid smoothie.
Service was good, my smoothie was ready when I arrived.
I also ordered the homeless man a smoothie as well because of how inexpensive they come out to at this location. Weird thing is that the employee didn’t even acknowledge that I ordered one for him, either she’s not having a good day, or he comes around very often and they’re bothered.

I ordered an açaí , but it was served completely frozen—hard as a rock. That alone is already unacceptable, and with a plastic spoon, it was impossible to eat. I would have to wait a long time for it to thaw before being able to consume it.
When I spoke to the attendant, Josh, his reaction was dismissive, as if to say “that’s how it is,” and that nothing could be done. He showed no interest in addressing the issue or offering a solution, which came across as unprofessional and unprepared.

I order something separately from the coupon I got so I was trying to delete the transaction and add the free smoothie. The young lady said she didn’t know how to do it and her manager was on break with a very unhappy face and body language smh

This location will not honor coupons or promotions ever. Ordered food online and tried to add the free smoothie promotion. The app did not allow me to add the promotion. When I asked the cashier to order the smoothie, she stated that she cannot unless I order food which I already did through the app. She still refused tho honor the promotion and stated that her manager would get angry if she did. When I asked to speak their manager to see if they had the authority to honor the promotion. She said that the managers were not present. If the location is participating in the promos rooms they should be able to honor them regardless of app issues when a customer comes in to pick up their order.

Is truly sad to see how a health-conscious place like this one, with such great smoothies and food still gives plastic straws with plastic wraps in every smoothie they sell. I think their smoothies are delicious but it makes me feel so bad every time I go and still see this place not have something so simple as a biodegradable straw. You are creating so much unnecessary waste.
If I ever see another better, more eco-friendly choice other than a plastic straw option, I will update my review.

The tops don’t fit well on the cups so the drinks spill in the car. These smoothies have LOTS of sugar in them. You can ask them to withhold the 1/3rd cup sugar per smoothie if you want so that it’s more of a healthy breakfast option than a dessert. The store was very clean and the tables weren’t sticky. There is some great outdoor seating as well. The staff was friendly. I didn’t order the edible strawberry straw but she put it on anyways without me catching it. Then when I got it, it was broken. It was also gross.

The strawberry banana chocolate smoothie is huge, and delish! And it came with a side of a banana. The atmosphere is decent. And the service was great!

The food was delicious and prepared quickly, making it a perfect stop for a fresh and satisfying meal. Service was friendly and attentive, adding to the overall positive experience. Everything tasted great and was made just right. A reliable spot I would gladly return to for both the food and the excellent service.
