What kind of cinnamon sticks are these? The pizza is always pretty good but the breadsticks and cinnamon sticks are awful. Can’t find my pic of the breadsticks from a past visit but they had zero seasoning and were obviously botched. My pic of the cinnamon sticks should speak for itself if you are familiar with how they are supposed to look.
Edit: Found my picture of the breadsticks. You can see those aren’t right either. This was a different day, but only a month or so prior. It seems ordering anything other than pizza has low odds of success.

I ordered a pick up online around 9:10 this morning. When I arrived around 9:20, I tried to go inside but the door was locked. I tried calling knocking but the person inside didn’t even pick up his head. I called the store but kept getting routed to the main call center. They told me too, try calling the store again, knock on the door, etc. finally by 9:50 the dude inside realized I was there. 30 minutes is crazy. I would’ve left but I already paid for it. I explained my frustration when I got inside and he made excuses “I was just trying to get other tasks done.” ??? You’re running a business?? You can at least unlock the door. Best part was that he didn’t even realize what my order was and forgot half the food. So only half of my order was ready. I waited outside for 30 minutes at the door. There was no way I was waiting God knows how long for the other half of my order. Extremely frustrated. Left hungry, cold, and angry.

This Pizza Hut location is, without a doubt, the finest in the entire area.
After years of subpar experiences with Pizza Hut pizzas, I had all but given up on the chain and switched to its competitors. However, a recent visit to this particular location has completely changed my mind. I have now been there multiple times, and each time, I have been consistently impressed with the exceptional quality and perfect cooking of their pizzas.
The staff at this location truly goes above and beyond what is expected of them, and they deserve more than just praise.
I would give this location a perfect score of 10 out of 10 stars.

Finally a Pizza Hut with great customer service and great food! I was greeted so friendly when walking in and as I left with my pizza. I haven’t had luck at Pizza Hut in years but this location was a first for me and I was very impressed! My food was super hot and fresh, cooked to perfection! I will be back every week!

I’m so mad about this. I placed an order for pickup and the service was extremely poor. It took me 45 mins to get the veggie lover pizza and it was so disappointing. The cheese was so stiff and they didn’t even put all the veggies. The bell peppers and mushroom were missing. Why did I even pay for this then? Late order and that too incomplete. Absolutely ridiculous.
