I ordered the stuffed crust cheese pizza which is about $10, a liter of Pepsi for $4, and left a $2 tip. I paid roughly $16 in total! After paying, the cashier failed to mention they ran out of Pepsi— only diet and cherry. A little annoying, but I shrugged it off because it’s a simple mistake. But once I left, my cheese pizza is RAW. How did this happen?!?! It’s so raw, a single slice can’t stay in tact. Thankfully, I caught it and avoided sick stomachs, but this is crazy. Don’t be careless and please double check if your pizzas are cooked before delivering them!!

Make sure u order atleast an hour or even two hours ahead before picking up even if you only order one thing. Slowest service ever & rude workers. After multiple times of coming to this location, I can’t stand coming here no more or tolerating the miserable workers especially the woman behind the counter making the pizzas SHE IS LOST, ignores customers, and constantly walked back and forth to her car like are you clocked in or not with that behavior

I cant explain how many times I have to say I want my pizza exactly like the picture shown in your advertisement. My pizza always is burnt. Only 2 slices were edible. Seriously I used to work for papa John’s as a teen and worked at a known spot in chicago and the pizzas must look like the pics then we go over to you guys and wow what a difference. From my breadsticks being actual hard sticks I can use to make a fire with to the pizza cheese being toasted to a bit over well done is really terrible especially when you don’t have a car to take it back . Waste of money for dinner. Yea I didn’t spend 40 bucks but I’d like to have my food the way it needs to be . Why every pizza that comes out is burnt toasted??? I came here like I do every once in a while when funds run low and I want a good tasting dinner for myself but now I can remember why I only go every once in a while and it’s because whoever is running the store isn’t doing a good job at it . Yea pizza on pics and advertisement looks great but what you order isn’t what’s offered to you. Then to top it off why do you have anyone there if they barely take orders ?? I waited some time to have my order taken then to have it messed up is mind blowing . You guys need to get it together . Wish I could get a free combo for the combo I ordered being trash but we all know that’s not going to happen . Don’t come here at all place isn’t worth your money .

They’re either very dumb or very racist. Whatever their problems is they should be banned from the restaurant business. Not one of them apologized for this ridiculousness. This guy Antonio sold me a burnt pizza and he doesn’t even apologize. You can live 100 years and not find somebody dumb enough to sale you a pizza that looks like this. They owe me compensation for having to drive back up there to get my money back. The store must be racist or something because no good people would do you like that. They are up there selling people burnt pizzas with no remorse. I’m reporting them.

Pizza is delicious but the delivery driver (dasher) delivered the pizza vertically and completely ruined it. Many pieces lost their toppings. Thank you for good taste on most pieces.

This place is a joke I come here every weekend and for the past few months this has gotten worst. Uncut pizza and meats and vegetables piled up in one side of the pizza.i think management needs to take a deep look into this. I have even told someone and they said “well I don’t know what to tell you I don’t make the pizzas” wow

Went at 10pm (they close at 11pm) to get whatever they had ready but instead they had a sign inside “not taking walk in orders” which they had pizza in the little oven. Asked the cashier but nope. My assumption is that those pizzas are for last minute orders online or for themselves. So they would rather lose revenue instead of cooking more
