We were having our car serviced nearby and decided to stroll to grab a bite. Campfire was conveniently close to the Larry Miller dealership. The place had a warm and inviting vibe. The service was top-notch, and our food arrived promptly. We tried the pastrami sandwich and the chicken sandwich with chips. The pastrami was juicy and flavorful, the pickles were tangy and well-balanced, and the sauce had a delightful zing. The chicken sandwich was spicy and satisfying. Overall, it was an excellent spot for a delicious meal.

We’re fans of AJ’s Pit BBQ, so we finally tried Campfire wood-fired pizza from the same local family business. We were there on a wintry Monday for an early lunch. The interior is bright with two large skylights and ample doors to the patio – really suggests this is a better venue in summer. Definitely an outdoor patio vibe. The Meat & Veggie pizza was perfectly cooked, had great tasting sausage, the thick cut button mushrooms were good, but I would have preferred a more flavorful variety. Our helpful server suggested Brussels sprouts could be subbed for chips for $2, well worth the upgrade, they were flavorful and a generous serving. We also tried a couple of tacos, the brisket & pork versions were delicious. Overall a delicious lunch in a casual space, good service, we’ll be back.

We tried out Campfire as a family and had a fun time though our food experience wasn’t perfect. When we arrived there was live music which was fun and not too loud or disruptive and our son really enjoyed the band. The restaurant is fairly new I believe and it is nicely laid out with a cool patio for dining. Our server did a good job and was attentive and helpful. The main offerings at Campfire are BBQ and pizzas. They have a really interesting wood fire pizza oven in the kitchen. We ordered a pizza from the kids menu, their chicken sandwich, a brisket sandwich and sides of potato salad and Brussel sprouts. The sides were all fairly good. I actually thought their potato salad was the best thing I ate here – there was plenty of flavor from the dill and a nice creamy texture. The sprouts were well cooked with a nice sauce and cheese. My wife’s fried chicken sandwich was tasty! It was crunchy and perfectly cooked and juicy and there were no issues there. We ran into a few problems after the above dishes. My brisket sandwich was fairly cold when it arrived and it wasn’t incredibly flavorful. I wasn’t super fond of the BBQ flavor offerings at the table either- they had various kinds but seems like they were outsourced. My chips were decent not really seasoned or terribly memorable. We also had a few issues with the pizza. I tried a piece and I recognize its from the children’s menu. The cheese was good but there was a lack of sauce and lack of balance that made for a pizza that wasn’t that tasty. It seemed like the crust underneath wasn’t perfectly cooked either. I think ultimately this restaurant needs to keep making tweaks and it will turn out okay. We love trying local food and new places and its tough to make a return trip if the food isn’t spectacular with how prices are these days.

We pass by this restaurant often, finally we stopped in. The decor inside was upscale for a BBQpizza oven place. We started with the brisket queso, which was very creamy and cheesy. I didn’t find it spicy, although there were green chilis in it. We ordered the brisket sandwich with the potato salad and a side salad. The brisket on the sandwich was chopped, unlike the pictures I had seen, but still delivered! It was juicy and the bark was well flavored! I love that there are several options of BBQ sauce to choose from given to you on the table. The potato salad was good from my standpoint, however my spouse doesn’t like raw onions. The side salad was as expected. The ranch seemed homemade, but was lacking salt. I enjoyed the seasonal sangria I ordered as well. We also ordered banana pudding for dessert. If you’re a big fan of traditional banana pudding, meaning nilla wafers and cream, skip it. It was overall a very nice dinner! I can’t wait to come and try the pizza. It looks delicious and watching the oven operator was interesting.

I really wanted to give this place 5 stars, mainly because of the quick cooking time that I was hoping for, and for the great service I received from the young lady who worked Dec. 21st in the evening behind the bar. She recommended a pizza for me that was so good BUT the cook didn’t put nearly enough basil, which I was charged extra for since the pizza doesn’t come with it. I posted a photo to show that only 2 out of 6 (maybe 7?) slices of pizza had ONE basil leaf on it. I am a traveling nurse, so I was on a break further down the road, so I just grabbed the pizza and didn’t check it until I got back to the hospital.

Wow!!! I came here for St. Patrick’s Day. Got an email about their specials. Had the corned beef & cabbage, & an Irish coffee. It was all so delicious! The whipped cream they put on the coffee was very much a treat. I recommend & hope this place will thrive as an neighborhood spot!

5/14 Came in for Mothers Day drink specials. Had the sparkling Rose. It was quite good. Also, ordered 2 pizzas. One meat lovers, and one vegetarian . Yet again, they knocked it out of the park. “D” waited on us, did awesome!

Don’t sleep on this place! Ab-sol-utely amazing! Stopped in for a bite to eat before a concert at Red Rocks and literally some of the best food and drinks ever! Wonderful patio to enjoy a beautiful fall weather.
The brisket queso is so smooth and creamy with plenty of flavors of green chile. The chips were perfectly salted. The brisket is smokey and delicious.
The smoked wings were amazing. Smoked, flashed fried and sauced in a homemade buffalo sauce. Blue cheese was a great pairing. We got a side of the deviled egg potato salad which did not disappoint. Tastes just like the potato salad I make!
And finally the spinach artichoke dip. Wow oh wow. Came to the table sizzling hot with a nice golden crusty top. The pita was warm buttery and a great vessel to get the artichoke dip to my stomach!
The drinks were unique, light and perfect. I had an apple cider mule which was rightfully spicy from the fresh ginger puree.
Service was fast, attentive and matched every bit of the quality of the food and drinks! Absolute wonderful hidden gem! I wish I lived closer so I could make this a regular stop! ❤️

So cute and different. Right on the corner with a cute outdoor patio (just to cold today) coffee was great and hot the inside was not what I expected. Very different! Full bar and you can watch them cook right there. It would be a fun date night experience. I had the tacos but they were great. Come try it. The sun lights are amazing. Can’t imagine when it snows how cool it could be.

Got the order completely wrong. Missing an entire pizza and my “brisket sandwich” has only two tiny pieces of beef!? Nobody is willing to answer the phone to make it right. Zero stars if I could.

We tried some of the BBQ that was delivered and it is definitely not fresh. Cornbread tasted like flour and zero like corn. I don’t leave negative reviews often, but this one is deserved.

I always love a local joint. This isn’t too far from us, and not a chain so big points already. This place has a lot of potential, but has some room for improvement too.

Cool Patio. Generally cool decor. I love the dusty pink of the chairs, but velvet is a TERRIBLE fabric for restaurant chairs. It was looking a little dingy and is difficult to clean. I get the open Pizza kitchen concept, but if you have an open kitchen the prep areas should be spotless and well organized (they were neither). The little crevasses in the cement brick wall separating the pizza area from the restaurant were a straight up dust magnet. I love the big doors that open on to the patio, but even with those doors open, having fly strips hanging from the ceilings everywhere is straight up gross.

On to the food. My husband got the chicken sandwich and deviled egg potato salad. Both were REALLY good. The potato salad was great. I got a pizza. I’m going to preface this with the fact that I LOVE cheese, but there was actually too much. It sat in the center of the pizza and made it soggy crusted in the center. Kind of a bummer when you have a pizza oven.

Overall, I would go back.
