I went there just to try it never been there before never eaten at Hardee’s before I ordered so much food for myself and my grandson that we ate for 3 days and it was all less than 40 bucks I could not believe how much food I got for so little price and all of it was delicious it really was I would recommend Hardee’s to anybody who wanted to eat a good meal on a low budget.

food is good and the crew seem to be doing a great job , the manager however needs to go to management training the way she talks to employees and customers, lighten up buttercup its fast food not the front lines in a war zone , have some respect for your customers the way you talk to people has got to change , how would you feel if they dogged you out in front of customers like that? get some training and treat people better dont make a miserable work environment

It would be nice if the sausage gravy actually had sausage in it every time instead of about 40% of the time. If they would tell you “the gravy doesn’t have any sausage in it today but it does have small lumps all through it” I probably wouldn’t order it that day

The Hardee’s in coeburn is no good. The breakfast burrito was terrible and almost $6 the chicken is always cooked dark brown and taste like crap. Workers have been super nice though

Shouldn’t have to wait 20+ minutes for an online order to be filled once arriving at the store …that’s the entire point of online ordering……this happens at every single Hardee’s in my area….HIRE MORE PEOPLE..this is ridiculous, I have things to do not wait in a lobby for 30 minutes for food

Biscuits at Coeburn and Norton are too dry. You have to have something to drink when eating their biscuits were they are so dry.

We ordered two hot ham and cheese and one bacon cheeseburger with NO onions, me and my boy were waiting for 20 minutes, and when they came out with the food they left the bacon cheeseburger. I went back in and the cooks gave me an attitude. And they still left the onions on the cheeseburger. Do NOT go in here if you’re looking for a fast meal. I would give it zero stars if I could.

I’m from outside of Richmond and visiting. I was so pleasantly surprised of how great the service was. Love it was like the old days for me. The girl at the window give her top dollar. She was awesome. Was 9 am on 3/17.
