This place was absolutely amazing! I enjoyed the low-key, cozy feel inside. Filet mignon chunks were cooked perfectly! Everything was fresh and tasty. Would have preferred teriyaki sauce on the side as it’s very sweet due to American taste buds. I’ll be back for more filet!

One of my favorite dining experiences. The people are kind and sweet, always attending to the needs of the patrons with a smile. The food was not just delicious and well presented, this has to be the first place I’ve eaten in a long time where you could tell the food was actually prepared and cooked by someone and not just heated up. I sat at the bar so all my food was prepared in the kitchen and not right in front of me. The Miso included with my meal was heaven and it was just the right temperature. The sashimi was fresh and succulent. The steak and lobster was very tender, tasty, and prepared exactly as I asked. I will definitely be back!

Always a great time at Ginza. Recommend the garlic shrimp with yum yum sauce and filet mignon with fried rice combo. The staff are friendly and attentive. Ingredients are fresh (love the veggies, per the owner they order them fresh three times a week). Having your food cooked in front of you is always very entertaining. The owner himself also works hard as a chef here and is very personable, not to mention a fantastic cook. Ample parking in the lot. We have been here many times including holidays and will continue to go to Ginza, highly recommend! Tip – can call ahead to make reservation or through Google assistant online.

We arrived at 5:45pm to a practically empty restaurant (a few individuals at the bar) and were the first to be sat at the grill. Roughly an hour after, literally seconds after the chef finished cooking our meal the servers rushed over and tossed us our check, took our napkins, sprayed chemicals to clean the area next to us all while we were trying to enjoy our meals and full beverages. It doesn’t stop there, next we were asked to move to the bar to finish so they could seat another party. The completely open table adjacent to us was somehow unavailable. And sadly this was the manager that tried to politely excuse us out the door as quickly as the last piece of rice touched my plate. We’ve been to Ginza a few times, and have never experienced this. The chefs are top notch. But I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you can scarf your food down in 60 seconds or less.

Excellent customer service and food. Large portions come with an empty stomach because you are going to eat good! Jorge was our chef and he was absolutely amazing. Highly recommend him. He had us laughing the whole night. Great atmosphere.
