The only thing that was warm in my order was the burger, everything else was cold. Bought the SpongeBob meal which was a giant waste of money. Didn’t even have the pie which goes with it. Very disappointed and mad I wasted money on it.

You’d think the money spent on the renovation would’ve been better spent on staff training/compensation and food quality. Consistently awful. Most recent chicken sandwich had bread that may or may not have been sitting out for a week. Mayo on only half the sandwich.
Asked for a diet coke, saw it on the screen as a coke, reminded her it needed to be diet (was splitting with a diabetic) and she said “it’s okay”. Used a diabetic food testing strip and guess what wasn’t diet.
But yeah, charge $4 for a small fry with your pretty new exterior. Embarrassing establishment

They should be ashamed of themselves. I ordered. 2 8pc mozzarella fries. 1 royal chic sandwic, the original chic sandwich and sm onion rings. The mozzarella fries were awful. There was only 2 mozz fry thst was completely together. All the other were broken into pieces. There wasnt even the ehole 8 when you put them togethere. Someonly half of the mozzarella on them and left the breading only. The cheese on the broken ends eere hard. I sctually cut mu mouth on one where the drppkng were rock hard. I was at the broad st trenton nj burger king. I spent $31.08. I always spend $30 or more. I should have taken them back but i had a church meeting to go to

So, I went into the store to get lunch today and was then was unofficially greeted by a Spanish young lady. She took my order in which I asked to be for Dine-In not Takeout. My food was still placed in a brown bag and handed to me as if it were for take out I then asked the assistant manager could my food be placed on a tray instead of being in a bag…..the young lady Nancy told me she already bagged it up and handed me a tray to do it myself I asked her to do it a second time and she said that’s why I gave you a tray O was so disgusted I kindly sat the food back on the counter and asked for a refund. I would never come back to this place ever I’ll ride across the county and go elsewhere before I come back to this location.
