I leave this review as just a heads up for folks like myself who are hard of hearing to have issues with audio processing. I came in today, worker was middle eastern with a thick accent and greeted me. She was very to the point but that’s alright. I write this without ill intent because I try not to fault people on things they can’t control, I struggled IMMENSELY to understand what she was asking me. I have a very simple sandwich and I understand by policy they have to ask all the money grabbing extras, I get it, but trying my very best, I couldn’t make out words she was saying and even repeating multiple times. Thank goodness for a customer who happened to be there who managed to translate. The encounter took so much longer because of this. Otherwise food tasted fine, everything looked clean etc. I will avoid this location in the future due to efficacy and my own personal struggles with hearing but wanted to make note of this for older folks, folks with hearing loss and people like myself who have issues with audio processing

The girl that worked night shift on Wednesday, November 5th, 2025 needs to get fired. She uses her hands to scoop my meatball and then when she add sauce she sloppily sauced it all in the middle like girl I’m not gonna have any sauce the first 3 bites cause you can’t take any pride in your work. And then she charged me 30$ for 2 sandwiches which I didn’t even bother question why I just figured maybe Shes slow and didn’t know how to ring me up but whatever. Try this place if you must but good luck.

if i could put a zero i would the girl that served our food was so rude yelling at us and rolling her eyes at everything me and my friends ordered then kept mumbling stuff under her breath. never again this was embarssing to say the least she should not be working there if she is going to bully and be incompetent to people. Pickup order was completely wrong. Ordered toasted, both subs weren’t toasted. Got mayo instead of mustard, lettuce but no pickles. Everything was wrong.

It was very good. They didn’t skimp on anything. The food was fresh, though I will say the tubs were iced up and I got a fresh bag of lettuce and spinach, got lucky. But the sandwich was great. Just how I liked it. I always ask for EXTRA oil and vinegar, and she did not disappoint me .

Placed an online order with this store tonight. Got a notification that the food was ready. Went to pick up, the store voided our order. Refused to refund our money claiming we had to wait 48 hours for it to go back to my bank. They said when the order was voided there was nothing at all they can do. The manager was rude to my 15 year old daughter in the process. Asked for the owners number and was given a wrong number. These people are crooks and thieves. Stay away from this store hendersonville. Let’s put them out of business.

3 weeks ago I got unsweetened tea that was in a sweet tea container. The manager would not give me a free refill even thought they were at fault for putting unsweetened tea in a sweet container.
Today, 9/12/23, I ordered a sandwich, when I got to check out the manager ask if I wanted to get a drink with that order. I said no. He said that he found it funny that I keep coming back into Subway when he said I told him I wouldn’t come any more. I said that I said I would not order tea from Subway anymore He said he had the right to.refuse serving me and he didn’t want me back in his store anymore.
I think he is being ridiculous! He told me that I was banned from his store. He told his employees that they were not to serve me if I ever came in again. So that is that!
All because of wanting this Subway to give me a free refill because they put non sweet tea in a sweet tea container and I had the nerve to ask for them to compensate.

Went at 8:45 and they turned me down? I get you have to close but closing 15+ minutes early and then being rude to paying customers about saying how your closed when YOUR the one closing early? Absolutely ridiculous. Didn’t get her name but it was some Indian looking female (at both locations), which by the way, completely lost my business as a reoccurring customer absolutely ridiculous.

All of these subways close early. Why not just change your hours of operation if you are going to close at 8 (or just before 8 in my case). Just change your hours.
