1.25.26 One of the only places open in this tundra. Bless your hearts. So kind and helpful, letting the kiddo use the bathroom. And absolutely busting their butts with endless online orders! Thank you guys so much!
But. Order was half missing…damn. I understand the mix up on staffs end bc the amount of orders, but shame on Chipotle as a company to not offer anything for a $55 half order.
No lettuce in either bowls, no large queso, no kids chip, no large chips, white rice instead of brown, half order of steak, no fajita veggies, no cheese.

We placed an order for pickup, but someone else’s food was in the bag. We had to wait 15 minutes past our pick-up time for our food, and this doesn’t resemble a taco at all. Much less 3 of them. What is the point of ordering ahead, when it would’ve been faster if I came in and watched you make it properly the first time? The one in Edmond has wet carnitas so I drove here, this was not worth the gas OR the wasted time. Stepping back from Chipotle until our area can get some help with training.

Truly disappointed. I live 45 min away and I just wanted to treat myself. I was met with a missing burrito for my pick up order, but I didnt find out untill I got down the road and checked the bag. So I turned around and got the burrito and went on my way. 45 min later im home and get the burrito out and then the bowl we ordered but the bowl was almost completely not my order at all. I ordered veggie bowl, received chicken, ordered pinto beans, received black, ordered salsa Verde, received the new salsa, ordered guacamole received none. I couldn’t drive back . I had spend all that time and money and I cant even eat it. I ordered the veggie bowl.. the chicken alone was a stopper for me. Super disappointed about the whole experience.

This is only chipotle in OKC that actually has clean location. Always has ingredients and serves their customers without having bad attitude. I’ve ate at chipotle for over decade and I can say this is one of better locations out here.

ive been going here for years and this is the first time the service felt so careless. the dude was trying to wrap my order in foil but because it was overloaded from the previous girl overfilling, he decided to give up and just smooshed it all together that when i unwrapped it, it all fell apart. the two girls on register were too busy chatting with each other they barely looked us in the eye. the bigger girl kept telling people “have a goodnight” in a bored voice without looking at guests because shes too busy facing the other girl to continue chattering in front of their customers. then carelessly proceeds to PUSH the bag with the back of her hand towards us without it even reaching halfway on the counter instead of handing it to us. my friend was amused with the whole interaction as well. even a customer ahead of us had a baffled look on his face when he turned around to walk out because these girls barely acknowledge him.

This location is always clean and efficient. The food is always hot and fresh. Angel, (I’m assuming the manager) was so kind. I was in the restaurant with my medical service dog and she offered her a few small pieces of chicken. In some restaurants my service dog is treated as a nuisance. Angels kindness was much appreciated, and my service dog, Alex went home a very happy girl.

I come here way too often and I have noticed the food quality getting worse each time I’ve eaten here recently. The past few times I’ve gotten my food I’ve noticed missing items, ingredients that I didn’t select in my bowl that tasted really off, and brown guacamole. Today I decided to try chipotle again and as I was eating the chips and salsa I noticed the chips were extremely stale and over salted (and I LOVE salt but these were crazy lol) and after a few bites of the salsa I noticed there were weird splintery pieces of wood (?) all throughout the salsa. I ended up just using the guac but kept having to spit random things out of my mouth that weren’t supposed to be there. I love chipotle when it’s good but recently it’s just not and I feel like people should be aware of that especially at this location.

I’ve ordered through the Chipotle app and picked up at this location MANY times and haven’t had issues. So I actually couldn’t believe my order tonight I received through DoorDash made by this store. My order was sealed upon arrival. I ordered 2 chips and fresh salsa. The salsa cups were less than half way full. I combined them and it still doesn’t make 1 single cup of salsa. Every time I’ve ordered pick up it is full to the lid. I also ordered a veggie burrito, which is supposed to come with free guacamole because its veggie and it was selected in my order. The burrito only had fresh salsa, rice, and pinto beans. Less than half of the ingredients I ordered. The bowl ordered had white rice instead of brown rice. I heard rumors of Chipotle skimping doordash orders on portions and tonight that was made clear first hand. Never order Chipotle through door dash. It seems they threw my order together with a blind fold on and called it a day.

Update this Chipotle’s service is really going down. I always order Barbacoa meat. They have been giving it to me in one large chunk of meat that I have to go home and cut up. I’m getting whole bay leaves in food items. I placed an order online for a burrito and a bowl,the bowl was fine but the burrito was a full bowl of meat and a mush of something. I posted the photos.Not a tortilla in sight for me to build it myself. I did receive a refund and I was thankful that. The food is just going down. We are taking a break from it. I eat at Qdoba now when I want a bowl.
One of my absolute favorite places. Photos are of Chicken and the other is Bobacoa. Chips and fresh Guacamole. This store is fast and friendly. They workers are funny too. Adding Guacamole cost 3 and some change extra. Sour cream was free. Bowls start at $10 and up from there.
