I come to this kfc often, the staff are very friendly and always willing to help. If you have any questions they will get them answered for you. The staff work hard and fast, and create a very positive atmosphere. The lobby is always clean and taken care of.

Same problems I’ve had every time I come here. Not enough chicken so I have to wait “25 mins” for food to be ready. More like slow food. It took them ten mins just to try to take my order. The place is not that busy to have these problems. When you are in the business of fried chicken it needs to be made ahead of time to meet demands. Use your product build sheets and organize your team to build to those levels. Put on management that knows how to keep proper inventory on shift. The past 3 times I’ve tried I walked out with my family because of the terrible organization at this location. The store was decently clean, however, the demeanor of the employees was that this is normal and it’s ok. Service with the sense of some hospitality would have maybe convinced us it was worth the wait.

Happy there’s still a KFC in Middletown. I go to KFC 2-4 times per year. Lately I’ve been going more because of the deals in the KFC app. The customer service at this location is very good IMO – friendly & attentive. They package my orders up nicely and don’t miss anything. The chicken is always hot and tastes fresh. The inside is clean and decorated nicely. To top it off they play good music!

The food was very good & done right especially the Coleslaw. The chicken was tasty which seemed to be fried in fresh oil. The staff was very courteous, friendly & accommodating. It was near closing time & one of the soft drinks was out. he made the effort refill the dispenser. The place very clean. Some of the tables were marked with physically challenged signs which I haven’t seen before.

Kfc I almost forgotten how good you really are omg comfort food to the max for me and two lil ones definitely made my order more then right but beyond perfect I love how you threw extra biscuits and taters my children loved seeing that more then a toy from a child’s meal made my day exceeded expectations kfc coming back had to download ur app cant wait to order from u again ❤️

Great food and excellent service! I live about 30 minutes away and drive past multiple KFC stores to get to this one because the food, staff and service is that good! Shout out to the manager Tyler for having a great staff and keeping the store in tip top shape!

The last few visits to this location have been fantastic. The manager Tyler and his team have blown me away. A short wait time for FRESH food is completely worth it! I have worked in the food industry for 10 years and have seen a decline in quality/service over the last few, and this crew is crushing it!
