Acceptable for a quick pizza, with the ability to create your own. It’s $10.65 for any toppings, with their regular thin crust, which is like a wafer. We also got one Pepperoni and Cheese for $9.25.
There was nothing particularly special about any of our 3 pizzas, but there wasn’t anything wrong with them. The crust was paper thin, the sauce was ok, wood fired was a nice touch. Staff was friendly and helpful explaining the ordering process. Restaurant was clean. No line.

Normally we go in or do take out. Usually no issues. The last time we ordered my son and I had to wait over an hour for pick up. So decided to attempt delivery. It’s by far the worst decision. Please tell me based on the pictures that you’re proud of how this presentation is and that this how you want your food to look. You should be disappointed with how your employees are performing. This is how we received our food when we opened the boxes.

I absolutely love this place! I’ve always seen it in passing but never had the chance to try it out. I tried it and it’s awesome. You first get to pick the type of crust you want. The butter or olive oil for the crust. What kind of sauce and cheese you want. Finally, which toppings you would like to have. Then it gets baked in their little open oven. There is also an option to put a flavor on top of your pizza after it is baked. A very enjoyable pizza!

Pieology is a lot like Blaze Pizza. It is a lot of fun to be able to pick your own crust, sauce and toppings. We went on a Monday late afternoon and they have a $5.55 special if you buy a drink which is about $2.50 each. There is an up charge if you select anything besides the thin crust pizza dough. Drink bar available with soda and lemonades.
All of the tables were dirty but someone came to watch someone asked even though she wasn’t too friendly about it. It took quite a bit of time to get our pizzas and even longer to get the thick crust / deep dish pizza.
This place was alright. Nothing to write home about.

Arrived with a large group for lunch and was surprised the place was empty. We all ordered original pizzas to go. There were two employees doing their best, but it was pretty slow going. All of the pizzas came out burnt to the level if we had more time, we would have asked for a redo. So we really didn’t give the staff a chance to make it right. There was no ice as they posted. The only drinks were chocolate milk and $3 water bottles. They ran out of ranch after the second person requested ranch. Very poor overall experience, and we all agreed we wouldn’t be coming back for a repeat performance. Forgot to add, they ran out of larger size pizza boxes, so they stacked slices on top of each other in smaller boxes, which made the burnt pizza even less appealing.

As someone who’s been here for months. I can say they have improved greatly. The taste is still the best, and the team working on our pizza was great. They even told my friend about her pizza being more crispy due to the hearty amount of toppings she had on her pizza. The wait time was not long despite half of the place being full of customers. Plus they got more drink options, I recommend the cherry tart lemonade if you happen to stop by.

Ehhh… it was “okay..” The two employees actually helping customers were friendly, professional. There were two other employees that ignored the customers standing in line and kind of stayed in the back even with about 8 people standing in line waiting to be helped. The pizza itself looked great but had the most bland crust of the 3 (mod, fired, and blaze) pizza places. The crust had absolutely no flavor just like getting pizza from domino’s. The toppings were okay, but nothing to write home about. They were also out of 3 different crusts. The cauliflower crust sounded the most interesting but they were out and couldn’t say when they would have it back in stock. Would i go back… Maybe but only try the out of stock cauliflower crust. Fired Pie and MOD Pizza are still on the top of my list.

Didn’t taste terrible but the margarita pizza came out looking like a KFC/Pizza Hut Drive thru order. Not exactly what I expected. If you’re looking for large, high quality pies this definitely isn’t it. If you’re looking for the Taco Bell of pizza, you’re going to love this place.
