Burger came with grilled onions and I didn’t realize it. Americo was so kind and remade it for me with no trouble at all! The truffle fries are a must, the atmosphere is superb with low crowds and beautiful sunset views. We will be back!

I have to say that while the burgers weren’t top-notch, the service was even more disappointing. Let me begin by addressing the customer service at this restaurant. If Captain Jack Sparrow and Gabriel Iglesias had a baby, this would be the person who I’m writing about—except this person, unfortunately, without any charm. The man with the beard and dreads clearly lacked basic etiquette. When I approached to place my order, I understood that the music was loud, but instead of assisting me politely, he rudely yelled, “You have to place an order from your phone.”
This was my second visit to this place, and as long as that particular staff member is there, I won’t be ordering any food again due to the rudeness he displayed. Overall, the burgers were okay, and I might have them again if it weren’t for the poor service experience.
