We waited an hour before the hibachi chef came out to begin cooking. Unfortunately, the rice was burnt and hard, tasting like it had been completely dried out.
Additionally, the portions of meat distributed across the table were not equal or properly accounted for, which resulted in my husband and me receiving less food — my husband especially. We noticeably received less chicken than other guests at the table. The chef later realized that my husband had also ordered chicken and had not prepared enough for everyone, which led to an even longer wait time for our meals to be completed.
I’ve visited hibachi restaurants many times across the country, especially in Toledo, and expected a comparable experience. Unfortunately, this visit did not meet that standard. I do appreciate the kindness of the staff, but the portioning and food quality were disappointing. I will be choosing other locations in the future.
Edit: After checkout our waitress demanded a higher tip and pushed the check back to us. I will stick to my hibachi restaurants in toledo and perrysburg for the foreseeable future ❤️

Overall, terrible experience paid $25 for 4 ounces of steak. My appetizers were raw. Got two pieces of shrimp will not be coming back to ninja again.

We went for my daughter birthday today and everything was so good service was amazing the hibachi show was very good , our hibachi chef and the server Lorraine were so nice definitely made my daughter feel special! I appreciate the extra effort from them ! Thanks you so much .

Food was mid definitely not worth $80. Lobster was chewy, the fried crab appetizer had no flavor and mostly shell than meat, and the overall flavor was barely there. The server never refilled our drinks, only did the bare minimum like getting our orders and not checking up if everything was okay for us or if we needed refills. I don’t usually leave reviews either on anything but this place being a 4.5 doesn’t make sense considering the other time that we also came and it was not good.

They were open on Christmas, and besides isn’t Asian food a must for the holidays. They were BUSY! Food was fast, it was fun to sit and watch the people. Do wish it was tastier, seemed bland, perhaps because everything was moving so fast? It was OK tasting and it did look good. I did get a to go order so I can’t talk to the show at the hibachi tables.

We enjoyed our meals! Definitely try the sushi. I think the spicy girl and Hawaii roll were our favorites. They were busy, so the sushi came when some were done with their meals. Our server did a great job!
