Stopped at this location on my way home from work for lunch at 2:10pm (keep in mind I live 30 mins from home and I have 4 dogs that need taken care of when I get there) I placed my online order and drove there 10 mins later. I arrived at the drive thru speaker and gave them my name and headed to the window (no line might I add) I waited for about 10 mins for them to hand me my drink, then a bit more to finally get my food. I headed home not thinking I should’ve checked my bag because when I finally sat down to eat, I realized I was missing and entire new item that I had ordered for my s/o. And to my surprise the one that I did order looked like this, didn’t even 1/2 a cup of the new queso with my 2 mini crunchwraps. At that time it was 3:30, I called the location and asked to speak to the manager, I told them what had happened with my missing item (didn’t even tell him about the quality issue of the other) and told them what time I was there to which he responded “wow that was a while ago” (I’m not sure what that has to do with my item missing but) He then asked if I could come back and get it, to which I told him I live 30 away and wouldn’t be able to. He then said I could come back tomorrow and get the missing item. I asked his name 3 times and he said “just come through the drive thru and tell them you had a missing order” he claimed to be a manager so I’m not sure why he couldn’t tell me his name. I just feel like at their prices now this shouldn’t be an issue. I’m glad that they atleast are giving me a replacement, I just feel like people who are paying this kind of money for Taco Bell shouldn’t have to deal with this. And this is not the first time I’ve had this issue at this particular location.

Its impossible to give a TB 5 stars. For what TB is, it was fine. The kids working were definitely not worried about customer service but still did their job and I got my food and I didn’t get sick so a top rating is appropriate I guess.

I pre ordered my food on the app. Went to pick it up and hopped in drive thru to get my food. I waited almost 40min!!! On top of pre ordering the total wait was almost an hour. I got stuck in the drive thru. Had to have people back out because I had to go get my wife from the airport. I was going to surprise her with her favorite tbell items after a long day of travel. I never got my food and Taco Bell has still not refunded me. I even went to this specific Taco Bell because it had the best reviews. I didn’t want any issues. Just save yourself the headache and don’t bother with Taco Bell.

I haven’t had a problem here for a while.. I usually order the last hour because I get off work at 11 there by 11:15 and this is the first time I’ve gotten cold soft tacos. Meat was cold like they didn’t have any on the warmer, and the beans were crusty like, I’d rather you refund me the money and tell me that I’d be getting old crusty beans instead of biting into it and having a gross surprise.
Idk it was a group of younger kids of course working but still, you wouldn’t want to eat that.

Waited, waited and waited at the registers, if you don’t want me to order at the register the least you can do is put up a note that says please use the keosk instead of putting up a fake front. Order finally in it was up quickly and correctly. Next came the drink station that was fairly clean and operational. Then the dining room…….after the 3rd table that was sticky we finally sat down and used our paper bag as placemats. Overall not a terrible experience but not at all a pleasing one either.

Very frustrating experience. I ordered through the app and clearly added sauces to my order, yet once again none were included. This keeps happening, so what’s the point of selecting sauces online if they’re ignored? On top of that, I ordered Cheesy Potatoes and didn’t get any napkins or cutlery. It’s basic stuff that shouldn’t be missed, especially for a paid order. Love Taco Bell’s food, but the attention to detail and order accuracy here really needs improvement
