I found very well priced basic bread goods. Enjoyed the one topped with sugar stripes. Was very surprised to love the taste of the coffee. Simple milk and black coffee with great grounds I GUESS. Also the ladies behind the counter were quite nice to interact with.

I ordered a cake for Thanksgiving, and had inquired a day prior. The staff mentioned I could still place an order the day of and they would be open 7am-3pm on Thanksgiving. That day I called to place an order for a tres leches cake and paid by phone.
When picking up the cake it looked great, but cutting into it, I was disappointed that it was the wrong flavor. I was given vanilla cake with fruit instead of tres leches.
I called the following day since they were closed after I cut into the cake, to see what they could do about the mistake. The lady said there was nothing they could do because I should have ordered earlier given that the staff would be busy and make mistakes.
I understand how hectic and busy a holiday can get, but I was willing to pay the difference given that I did not eat the cake. I wish they were more accommodating in replacing my order or fixing it somehow.

They are the nicest. Every cake shop i asked them to just put icing inside the cake either pink or blue ( for gender reveal) refused unless I preordered which takes minimum two days. This bakery was the only bakery that did it for me within 15 minutes. The two ladies at the cashier were so nice. The cake tasted really good. Thank you so much for making my intimate gender reveal to happen same day I got the results.

The cake I received was nothing like the reference photo I provided. I wasn’t asking for anything overly complicated — just a relatively simple design that was clearly shown in the example. What I got instead was very basic, something that looked like it came straight from the display case. For how expensive it was, I expected much better. If you’re thinking of ordering a custom cake based on a reference photo, I wouldn’t recommend it. You’re better off choosing from the pre-made options they already have on display. Expecting a personalized design that matches your vision will likely lead to disappointment — and at a high cost.

I ordered over the phone a tres leches cake for 25–30 people with a picture on it. I asked if I could make any changes, and the lady told me I would have to come in. When I went at the time they gave me, I asked for an orange cake with a bow and the photo I had provided. She refused, saying she had already picked a round cake for me and wouldn’t let me change anything. The only “option” she offered was a chocolate-dipped cake with the photo on top. Horrible customer service—very disappointing experience. I paid for what I wanted, not what they decided. First and last time ordering here.

Honestly I don’t even know where to start. All im going to say is save your money and go somewhere else. The customer service is not great, they clearly don’t know how to assist people. I ordered a cake for my son. It was a basic cake and I sent them a reference picture of what I wanted, I told them to change the frosting color to lilac which then they proceeded to put dark purple, after that they told me they don’t work with fondant which is ok. The design I wanted could be done with frosting or anything else, they never once said oh we can’t do that design or it’s to complicated or I would’ve looked for somewhere else. The day of the pickup I send my husband to pick it up and as soon as he gets home I look at it and I’m in complete shock, I paid almost $170 for this cake for it to look like this , even my son could’ve done a better job of decorating. I even felt the need to take off the printed squares to make it less ugly. I mean just Look at these pictures, I will post what I asked for and what I got. You be the judge and tell me if that looks the same to you and if your willing to get a cake here!

This is the worst bakery and customer service that I have experienced. Staff lacks knowledge of business which caused horrible communication and my child to not have a cake on his birthday for his party. I would not recommend. Manager is nasty, and rude. I confirmed an urgent order 6/28 and on the morning of 6/29 was told that it could not be done. Myself and my mother called to confirm the miscommunication and nothing was done to help. 0 out of 10

I’m not sure why so many people have wrote bad reviews. It’s not a fancy place by any means but the fruit cake is amazing. So maybe I’m not as judgmental of the employees as the other reviewers because I take it for what it is. I usually walk in there and buy one of the premade white cakes and tell them a name to throw on it. I have to wait a few minutes for them to take it in the back and do it. I’ve never thought the writing looked bad like others say. Every time I get one for a birthday people want to know where it’s from. If you just want a simple cake that tastes great this place is the best.
