My girlfriend and I went to try the new ultimate steakhouse burger that comes with onion rings bacon and sautéed mushroom and what we received was about half of what was shown in the advertising. Definitely disappointed but we came home and doctored them up since people cant do there damn job properly.

Placed an order in the parking lot with my app. Pulled up to the window to check in maybe there was five cars ahead of me. It took them 31 minutes Before I got my order. The lady at the drive-through was nice. Don’t think I’ll be back. Order #22. I placed it today in case someone from Burger King wants to look that up.

If i could rate this lower i would give it a negitive number. Out of all the fast food places i have had an issue with, this one takes the cake. Just got food from this burger king around 2 pm. I went in and they weren’t extremely busy, but i took it home to eat it. And my fries were cold. No bacon on either of the 2 bacon cheeseburgers and the top bun is all in pieces on one. It was a mess. Just a crapy effort and crapy food. Also the fountain machine in the lobby needs to be recalibrated, getting to much carbon water. This burger king was a disappointment.

Order a chicken bacon Swiss, 3 chicken fries, and an order of jalapeño bites. Was told that they had to cook the jalapeno bites and it would be just a minute. Almost 20 minutes later, someone comes out and says it’ll be a few minutes because they had to drop the chicken. I asked what he meant chicken when the woman at the window said they only had to drop the jalapeño bites. He said that he guessed they forgot to drop the chicken. I asked how much longer because we had already been waiting a little bit. He said he’d go check. After another few minutes, he returned and said 60 seconds left. When we finally got our food, it was all room temperature except for the jalapeño bites. I was beyond upset and left with the order since, even though it was all barely warm, at least the order was correct.

This Burger King location is amazing! It is clean and very organized. I loved how the employees were all having fun working together and cranking out the orders. Definitely has good management at this location. Inside and out they are doing a great job taking care of customers and delivering delicious food.

We ordered food, and the employee was grumpy. I asked for water, but they charged for a coke. The burgers had way too much mayonnaise. We cleaned the table our selves because they were dirty.

If you’re going to go there, go inside. I waited 25 minutes in the drive through. They had 1 girl taking orders, getting the food ready, taking the money! Lots of customers were leaving! Whoever in management is trying to cut corners is losing a to of customers.

Stood at the counter waiting forsomeone to take order , employees just chatting away. No one ever acknowledged me, nobody else but one guy in the dining room. Stood there about 4 minutes and nothing. I walked out. Guess they don’t need the business. Won’t be back

The place was dirty, floors, counter, all the tables in the dining room. Bathrooms were nasty and smelled. Mean while the staff is standing around goofing off.
