Stopped in for dinner. Visiting my parents from out of town. Walked in to do a to-go order. Greeted with a smile. The dinning area was a lot bigger than what im used to. Which was great to see the extra space. The restaurant was clean and even smelled clean. The food was just as expected. It was so delicious!!! Thank you for keeping a good restaurant!

I frequent this Zaxby’s often and this has to be the third time in 3 months that they have tried to rip me off when I’m buying the Zax packs 20 piece. It’s like they see if they can get away with giving you less. First time they gave me 18 I actually let that one slide. The next month they gave me 16 which I was not happy cuz I was splitting it with the kids so I called and spoke to the manager and had to go back to pick up the remainder. This time they gave me 14, like are you kidding me? It cost $36. I should get every single piece of chicken that comes with my box. The fact I have to go back another time and waste gas and time is not right. Come on do better. I told the manager last time. Please make sure they double check how many pieces they put in. This hair is unacceptable. Six missing pieces is not acceptable. People make sure you check your stuff before you pull off or you will be have to do a uturn.

I’m not one to usually leave reviews but I was really impressed with this location. The bathroom was super clean and everything was stocked. The food I got was fantastic, perfectly seasoned fries, crispy toast, and everything was super hot. Wait time was average but they were decently busy. And the girl at the register was super nice and was smiling at everyone! Best Zaxby’s experience I’ve had and I’ve had a lot of them

I did have an issue at his Zaxby’s, however the management team reach out to me to discuss the issues. Since then they have made strides to fix the issues I experienced.
The last two times I went to the Zaxby’s in Braselton the food and service were really on point. I greatly appreciate the team taking time to hear me out and take the steps necessary to fix their mistakes.

Rumor has it, if you zoom in on a bee’s knee that’s where you’ll find Sandra. She is the bee’s knees. Even when it is super busy her customer service surpasses the competitors around her. Food is always great as well as the service.

Ordered 2 wings and things. Ended up with 5 wings with one full chicken finger and three pieces of one full chicken finger. With the second one, 4 wings and a chicken nugget with 4 halves of 2 chicken fingers. You can clearly see the split.
