Placed an order online. When I came to pick it up, they told me they didn’t have any orders. I had to show my receipt to three different people and then got placed at the end of the line and had to wait another 30 minutes. They also charged more than $3 per item more than their menu says. Don’t waste your time or money.

The online ordering isn’t great I’ll be honest but our customer service is outstanding in store. Please call in your order for pick up!! Prices are cheaper in store than the online by ALOT!!! You’ll also get a text when your food is done!!! Sometimes they cancel your order online it’s not us it’s the company and then you won’t get a refund for like 1-3 business days. Sometimes your order goes through on their end but they don’t send us the order or it gets sent to another location. This is why we ask to see your receipt on the phone or your email to make sure if you did pay and it wasn’t canceled we will make the food for you. You will have to wait 20-25 minutes as everything is fresh but we will make sure you get what you paid for and make your order a priority. I hate the online ordering!!! People get so mad at us over it and there’s nothing we can do. Management is working on it. Come see me in store and I will make sure to take care of you!!!
