I got charged for something I didn’t order near close guessing someone was going to keep it thinking I wasn’t going to ask for receipt so they put that In the bag I am guessing. Got tacos and they were good but I also ordered a chicken quesadilla that was cold and not cooked cheese was not melted and I did not eat that. Worst Taco Bell experience I ever had. Will not go back to this location again.

General manager at this location is extremely rude and in considerate! He has a short temper and treats his staff (that he didnt know from outside of work) like shit. If youre in wellington looking for a quick bite i would suggest any other fast food place in town. If youre wanting mexican style food wellington provides a few options.

Just wanna say one good thing…. I got a great laugh at the people that work here…. ♂️ after getting our drink and sitting for 5 min at the window the short female that’s the manager came up to the window and said can I help you? Lmao I said well yea you can give us our food? All 4 of them stood around like oh dude….. one young guy said I’m lost I don’t even know what’s going on…. How about yall stop smoking that weed and focus for once… lmao then after about 10-12 min we get our food and nacho fries are cold and chicken quesadilla doesn’t have jack squat in it . Keep in mind they have maybe 6-8 people working here and we were the only people in the drive-through. If y’all want poor service but a good laugh then I highly recommend you come here.

Food was as good as expected. Tried something new and it was delicious! The most disappointing part of my visit was the fact that I paid over a dollar more for my slushy than my brother paid for his drink and got less than half the size of drink, but that’s not their fault. It took longer than I’d hoped to get my food but we weren’t in a rush. Food was good and I never have problems with this Taco Bell so!

Me and 2 friends walked into Taco Bell after a baseball game and we stood there for about 5 minutes and no one cared to come take our order. Once we did get our food ordered there were no drink options whatsoever once we did get our food it was all wrong and we were the only people there. Overall you are better off eating somewhere else this Taco Bell is not it

I typically order same thing. Beefy 5 layer burrito either extra sour cream. It usually doesn’t have the extra sour cream, but I don’t make a fuss. This last time they took out the sour cream completely and barely filled it with meat. I did call them, and they offered to make it right which I appreciate!

This store has been exceptional since it opened! Food is always well prepared and service staff is efficient and friendly! The grandchildren love to go there. I prefer a little more original Mexican food. It is just too much like heat and eat to me. It is quick. It’s fast food, but the food was very hot when we received it. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant was clean. The service is slow and the food is, well its taco bell. Maybe if so many teens didn’t work there they’d be cleaner and get something done.

The order was correct, not missing anything. I had jalapenos added to the soft taco and it was so good. They did forget the straws in the bag when I ordered 3 drinks, but that is my only complaint.
