Reviews
The restaurant itself is always clean and well‑kept, which makes dining in comfortable and pleasant. You can tell they use fresh ingredients, from the crisp vegetables to the quality of the proteins. The staff here are great too — the girls are always friendly, welcoming, and make you feel appreciated as a customer. Their service adds a nice personal touch to the experience.
Overall, this place has become a favorite of mine not just for the excellent Szechuan chicken, but for the reliable food quality and pleasant atmosphere.
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent dining experience at your establishment. I ordered the chicken and rice soup, expecting it to be served in a traditional bowl as one might anticipate in a restaurant setting. Instead, the soup arrived in a severely warped and misshapen plastic container, which appeared to be melting from the heat of the soup itself.
This was deeply concerning, not only for the poor presentation but also due to the potential health risks associated with consuming hot liquids from such containers. It’s widely understood that heating food in plastic can lead to the leaching of microplastics into the food, posing a significant health concern. The fact that your restaurant appears to exclusively utilize plastic containers, even for hot soups, is particularly troubling.
While I understand that you may have operational reasons for not offering traditional bowls, I strongly believe that prioritizing customer health and providing a positive dining experience necessitates a reevaluation of your current practices. The use of plastic containers for hot food is unacceptable in my view, and I urge you to consider more sustainable and safer alternatives.
Boxes all over the place. No organization
