Highly disappointed in the burrito bowl I got today around 10/10:15am. At first I couldn’t even see the peppers, so I went back inside. They stirred it up and said the peppers are in there. This is not worth almost $7. I have gotten this 2 other times and it was WAY more full. This is not acceptable. Times are tough I understand, but shopping small should not cost us on our food service. I want to shop small, but I want to get full off of my meal too.

Saturday afternoon. Fairly busy but no smiles from waitstaff. I waited behind three people in the drive through to fet help at the counter. My rice bowl was cold and I had to ask to get it heated. I am assuming it is refrigerated and just is warmed up. The coffee was great. I got a Mocha. I bought coffee to take home. I hope it will be as good as it smelled.

Breakfast croissant was inedible! Super dry and burnt, just crumbles an fell apart. Rest of ingredients of egg and bacon were no flavor at all. Couldn’t even finish it. Coffee is pure sugar and milk based, not good if you like it dark. Drive thru took 30 minutes for 3 cars. Can’t imagine the wait inside. Staff seemed nice but unaware how bad the quality is

Staff was friendly and fast. I’m also used to coffee shop food not being very noteworthy for their food, but this one is really good. The breakfast burrito and pastries were really good and pretty large. Plus it all seems made right there and of quality ingredients. The coffee is great too. Try the berry mocha.

I am very disappointed in my favorite go-to coffee shop. Their coffees are deliciously outstanding and the staff are always super nice but it comes to their food, personally it’s a 1 star rating. I usually stop there in the mornings in the drive through once every other week for breakfast before work and this time it completely drew the line for me. My normal go-to is a breakfast croissant sandwich with sausage and cheese, 50% of the time it comes out cold. Today, I ordered a ham and cheese breakfast burrito this morning to try something different. When I got to work and opened up my burrito it was ice cold to the touch. When I took a bite, the burrito was cold. The ham and cheese seemed like it came straight out the fridge and was wrapped up without it being heated. The cheese was just sprinkled on top and not warmed up. It is disappointing to get food somewhere when it cost almost $7.00 without a drink and it comes out ice cold. I will continue to get their coffees but I will no longer be ordering their food.

The bakery was out of almost everything which wasn’t a bad thing considering they were closing within 30 minutes of my arrival. They only bake once a day which is normal for smaller bakeries. The staff was nice and did a good job with pairing drinks with treats based on their availability.

Came for gluten free options, there were only 2-3 old cupcakes, nothing else.
Blueberry muffin was all crumbs, almost unable to eat it.
Coffee was weak and watered down.
Counter help counted cash on the counter where same food is placed. Yuk!

No towels in restroom.

This place has gone down hill. Today is the worst it’s ever been.
First off the food provided was literally room temp/actual fridge temp. You can tell because the cheese is barely melted at all as if never even touched any heated surface.
All of the pork products were either ice cold or barely above room temp, this is literally going to kill somebody.
Finally my coffee was incorrect entirely and was room temp as well.

Be that as it may, perishable food being fully cooked can often be contaminated as they sit out for over two hours including serving times.
The fact is that the sandwich was room temp for what I would assume is at least an hour or two. Meaning the odds of contamination is very high. Regardless on if it’s fully cooked or not.

This is my second terrible coffee .I took a drink and the coffee had a bad texture open the cup they used spoiled creamer see pictures.The last time I ordered a coffee here there was Splenda instead of sugar .But the people are very nice and the food is good so it’s unfortunate I always figure out my coffee isn’t good once I’m a few miles away .
