Every time we’ve gone to Rockefeller’s, there’s been a fun theme that makes the night feel special. Austin, the bartender, is definitely the draw — he’ll jump into karaoke sometimes and has a great voice. It adds such a cool, personal touch to the experience.
The place has a very unique, cozy vibe that makes you want to stay awhile. We live in Ocala and have a condo in Ormond, and it’s absolutely worth the drive over. If you’re looking for something with character, good energy, and live entertainment, this is it.

Best cocktail of the 2 that I had was the Smoked Old Fashioned that is not on the menu but Nick recommended . Whisky is usually my go to and this one would be my choice vs what was on the menu selections. Only negative part of the time here was when they shut off the large decorative Edison lamps of the bar that is the only lighting that would let you see the menu without a flashlight . These lamps add being on totally help create the theme but when they are off it takes so much away from the atmosphere . The strip lighting not being recessed or having a channel to hide the glare from the led diods negatively affect the bar . Different lighting should be used to illuminate the bottles and art behind the bar and the bookcase. Small details that I think are very important as I’m a lighting designer .

We were too late to get any food, but the place was great. It was very quaint, the staff was super friendly and informative on what was good there. Had a great time. Definitely going back. They do have bands, but we were on an off night so we didn’t see any.

I went in this bar today for the first time and I was amazed. The whole atmosphere of this place is awesome. The drinks by Andy and Sara were so delicious. They also are expanding with a new speakeasy right next door and it’s so cool. Definitely will be back again
