As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Best Chili Dogs I’ve ever ate with the exception of Uvalde Malt And Burger in Houston. Which has been out of business for about forty years. Could not believe they were so good and most of the staff went out of their way to please my Gracie and me.

By far the worst service and checkers ever!!! We went through drive-thru and had two separate orders…mine was the 2 spicy chickens extra pickles for $3 and loaded funnel cake fries…and the next order was the double chicken and double checker burger no pickles or onions for $4 and a medium fry, funnel cake fry and two other burgers. And a strawberry stacker. Well I didn’t get my spicy chicken I got double chicken and double fish . And my loaded funnel cake fries were soggy and thrown around. The other order got a total oder of ,4 burgers, 1 fry and funnel cake fry. And no strawberry stacker…We waited at that window a good 30 mins before anything was said about our order. Me and my family watched a man come from the back and get a drink, and 2 other women standing around up front… then a lady came to the window and I said “where is my order, what’s wrong?” (Not to mention none of the people I saw through the window had on gloves or a hairnet) And she replied “it’s coming right out, can I offer y’all some ice cream?” We took the ice cream none the less, but still waited about 15 more mins…. We got the order (mentioned above) almost didn’t get the loaded funnel cake fries, gave us an extra funnel cake fry…. We checked the count of items… And assumed everything was fine… Because as ‘PAYING’ customers, we shouldn’t have to check inside every single burger.. Before washing our hands. I’m just saying.

Non busy time at drive thru. Was told give me a moment. Waited 3 minutes. Got a what can I get for you. Tired to order the promo combo of 2 burgers fries and drink. Was told we don’t have that. We’re out of meat. Ummmmm ok thanks? Uh huh. Why stay open when you’re out of meat?

15 minutes to wait for an order at the drive-through, after I was asked to pull forward so I didn’t make their Timer take a long time even when nobody was behind me in the drive-through. Then when they finally bring the food, they are out of ketchup. Poor Management.

I just went by this gas station/checkers to use the restroom. I didn’t order or buy anything, the bathrooms, though we’re horrendous. The floors look like they had never been swept or mopped EVER. There was no soap or hand sanitizer in ANY of the many dispensers on the walls. This place shouldn’t even be allowed to have bathrooms…. Thats how poorly they manage them. I drive all day for work, so gas station bathrooms are a common thing I have to use. This was, by far was the worst one I’ve ever stopped at. I can only imagine how clean the Checkers and the rest of the gas station are if this is how they keep the bathroom.

I’ve never had an issue with checkers. My fries have always been hot my foods always been fresh and Martha and Tabitha are absolutely amazing every time I come in. I’m always out of the drive thru or the dining room with 5 minutes. Keep up the good work guys!!
