Fair warning, the serving sizes are massive. I thought a waffle and some biscuits, eggs and gravy would be a good sampling of the menu. It’s a lot of food, and so incredibly delicious, and the waitress was very sweet as well. Better come here on an empty stomach!

We stopped in for lunch after a hike near Orofino. I had the pastrami on rye and my bf had a breakfast plate. Everything was delicious and the portions were generous. We also took three different types of desserts to go – pumpkin roll, mini blueberry pie, and a raspberry tart. Those were shared at a dinner with friends that evening and everyone raved about how excellent they were. Highly recommend!

Great place for breakfast! Really loved my croissant, one of the best l had in the US and the egg too they did them really good compared to other breakfast restaurants, l liked the cheese on top! The waffles were yummy too with whipped cream and syrup strawberries

Great place for breakfast and pastries. They have lunch and dinner as well. The All Meat Omelette was huge and really good. The sourdough bread that I ordered is fresh made and amazing . The staff are awesome .

Nice atmosphere, great staff, great food. We had a traditional breakfast. Eggs, potatoes, toast, sausage links and ham. The sausage links are very tasty. The breakfast ham is honey ham. Be prepared, they have 16 types of bread to choose your toast.

The waitress Anna our first visit was friendly and checked in often. Missy with the coffee was funny and engaging. We had to wait an hour for food but thought it was a fluke. We drove back from McCall to eat here again because the food was so good but a new waitress we hardly engaged at all
With, and an hour and 45 minute wait later we almost left without our food regardless of how good it was. Everyone around us was getting very frustrated. We heard from locals this is pretty normal. So if you have no where to be I would recommend it. Just know it’s a wait but the food is wonderful and the atmosphere is great chatting with the locals was entertaining.

The place is certainly popular with the locals, and the staff is friendly, but the service is very slow. It took over 10 minutes to get menus and waters. It took 50 minutes to get our meals and water refills
The meatloaf sandwich is excellent, as are the onion rings. I had the sandwich on dried tomato and basil bread
My wife had the pastrami sandwich on swirly rye and sweet potato waffle fries. She did not like the pastrami or the fries

We loved everything about this restaurant, friendly staff, great recommendations from our waitress. Definitely the best eggs Benedict I’ve ever eaten anywhere. Rosemary and garlic bread was delicious.

Excellent clam chowder and fries. Fish was good but nothing special. They make an excellent Reuben and their Club is awesome too. Chicken fried steak is really good but small. The white chocolate pecan toast is delicious!
Update – This place can’t keep employees. Every time I have been there in the last year, he’s training someone new. I understand but it’s truly taken away from the quality of service. I’ve stopped going here because it’s easily an hour wait to get your food, even when the place is basically empty. I’ve talked to past employees and it’s not Covid, but the fact the owner is such an unfair employer that he can’t keep employees.
Because of the drop in service quality, I’ve reduced the rating from four stars to two.

Very nice place but service with new girl wasn’t the best. Dessert selections that we took to go were numerous and best of all were DELISH! The choices of fresh bread were outstanding. If you’re in the area, this place is a must.
