I ordered through UberEats and my driver had to wait 15 minutes for my food to be ready.
They gave me basic tacos when I ordered the crunchy taco supremes. That’s an important detail they should not have missed. I paid extra for it.
The orange whip drink tasted nasty, like there was old rum in it.
The food was cold and lifeless because the people and management don’t give a shit about their customers at this location.
Hopefully I don’t get food poisoning from this crap food I ate.
Do yourself a favor and just spend your money at In-In-Out. Or go to Union Landing and support a small business.

Asked to simply by nacho cheese to go with the nachos I purchased. Cashier said cant lunch it in right now so no. No problem except… There was never any cheese to go with the nachos that was supposed to come with cheese

This nacho Bell was our last option for today. When we walked in it smelled like rotten food. But I wasn’t surprised because it’s a Taco Bell. The food standard qualities are the same standard qualities as all the other Taco Bell’s. The only positive thing I can say is that it’s hot. The lady was very nice although I do not understand half the things that she said. I will only come here as a last resort. They should definitely hire other people to clean this Taco Bell because of that smell. We ordered the nacho Bell grande a cheese burrito and two tacos. The meet was made out of some kind of meat and the rest of the taco was made out of some other kind of taco stuff. All I can say is that it’s hot that’s it

An OK Taco Bell, staff is friendly, and efficient. The dining room could be a little cleaner for inside dining, and it’s a little offputting to have to be escorted to use the bathroom, when they could have just as easily given out a code to use the electronic keypad.

I have to say I was a little disappointed here. I came for the Mexican Pizza which was great btw but I also ordered the new Spicy Double Steak Grilled Cheese Burrito. When I open up the burrito from the packaging the cheese was stuck to the wax paper and completely ripped off all the cheese on my burrito which is the point of the grilled cheese burrito is to have that melted cheese on top, it was stuck so bad on the paper I had to eat it without it.

This is the worst place to order food her Oct 13 th time is 12:19 I went inside to order food I ask where I can order the manager told me on the screen I been keep touching the screen so many time but screen was off then again asking is this screen is not working there was no answer then after couple minutes later they said they didn’t here me because of screen is not working like my fault I did not asking the big heavy weight manager does not wanna give me name . I eat here at least 3 times a week because im broke and the lux box is $7. I order completely through the app and they still get my order wrong at least once a week. It’s honestly incredible that the employees at this place cannot read a screen properly. When i go inside to get my order fixed it is always a 10 minute ordeal due to having to wait for someone to be paying attention enough to notice me and then explaining the issue multiple times before they understand how the food was supposed to be made the first time. I hate this location.

Absolutely pathetic sanitary condition at this particular Taco Bell location. The manager is very rude and thinks finding human hair in food is a common occurrence in the fast food industry. I found not one but two human hairs in my Chalupa and the manager of the store said it’s not a big deal. I see in past reviews it’s a common occurrence here. Stay away, red Alert.
