Do not come to this location there food is awful. Sandwiches taste like cardboard bread is stale and they make the sandwich so badly took two bites and wanted to throw it away. Need better workers who know how to actually make a sandwhich

I have avoided this location for the last year. I went twice before and the servive is terrible. I’ve been there a total of three times in the last 12 months and the same worker is constantly on the phone speaking with someone while servicing you. This is very unprofessional. I stopped there today only for 3 chocolate chip cookies which they did have. So, I purchased two macadamia cookies instead. I grabbed my cookie bag off of the counter and discovered it to be extremely light; she cashed-out the order and went into the back but never placed the cookies in my bag. I did leave my with cookies but this would not have happened if she would not constanlty on the phone.

Lady was very rude at counter, on a personal call on cellphone while rushing customers to finish telling their order while talking in Spanish on the phone as well. Rushing customers, and being very rude. I really like subway, and usually love this building but will not return. Usually workers there are very helpful but was not today. Would not recommend to go.

New ownership in the past year or so, and wow, are they horrible. I rarely go here bc they are very often out of a main ingredient. My last stop (last week), they were out of: “turkey, ham, tomato, Mayo and lettuce”. There were a few more items that they were out of but I don’t remember. The time before, they were tuna. Before that, they were out of bread. Just go to Jersey Mike’s on 30.

Came here for lunch. Only had one employee. Bathroom was fairly gross and the general appearance of the subway was very empty and simplistic to the point of looking bare bones and cheap. Employee did not wear gloves at all for the customer before me from food prep to register. I walked out. Gross.

This location used to be one of the better places, but they have really gotten worse in service. The employees attitudes towards customers and the quality of the food itself is really bad. How does subway offer fresh ingredients but not have them avaliable? Out of lettuce? Tomatoes? Those are some of your most important things that customers want, and to ask them to compromise and buy anyway? That’s just unacceptable. This location needs to be closed, or employees retrained on how to treat customers. Totally unacceptable. I’ll eat Chinese food in the establishment next door. At least they have their service together.

Everytime I make an online order they never have what I ordered. The managers can never refund my money. I never recieve what I ordered or a refund. I’m lied too multiple times about everything. I’m lied to like they will call me back and follow up. Nothing but liars.

Horrible employees. Had ordered sandwiche 45 min prior to arrival. Both workers were goofing around when I got and sandwiches had not been made. Took another 30 mins make sandwiches. They were just chatting around with their buddies and not focused on making my sandwiches.

Just visited this subway as it’s nearest to my home in Pelican Point. Horrible service! I asked the lady making my 2 sandwiches if she could please heat the chicken up before putting it on the sandwich. She says “it’ll heat up when it’s toasted”, I then say to her, “I understand that, however I’d like the chicken heated before it’s toasted”, she then replies, “your chicken is going to taste burnt”! I told her that’s ok, I do this all the time, then she looks at me and says, that gonna cost you……. I asked her cost me what? Will it cost me extra? She responds with a nasty attitude, don’t worry about it. My receipt did in fact equal more than it should have, however i can’t read it because the ink is almost out, so I have no idea what I was charged for. She was extremely rude, and I won’t be back. If I could give 0 stars, I would have. This happened today, 3/16/18 @ 1:30pmCST.

Every year I order sandwich trays from this particular Subway for a golf tournament. Every year I am impressed with how fresh the product is that they serve. Moreover, Seth and the staff here are very helpful.
