I haven’t eaten at a Raising Cane’s in several years and hadn’t ever eaten at this location before. But yesterday my wife and I decided we wanted some chicken and decided to come here since it was close by. It was the best experience we’d had at a fast food restaurant in ages. From the minute I got out of the car and Derek held the entrance door open for us I knew this was not going to be a normal fast food experience. I have trouble walking and need a cane to get around and Derek holding the door openmeant a lot to my wife and I . He had a friendly cheerful attitude while we were ordering and when he brought us our food he made sure we had everything we needed and even went and got more ketchup and napkins for me.
The food was fresh, hot and delicious! We thoroughly enjoyed it and the service!
As we were leaving Derek saw us and again came over to open the door and wished us a great day. Derek is an exceptional individual and a true asset to your business.

I’ve been going to Raising Cane’s for years because the food is always fresh and delicious. But today at the Carrollton location really stood out!
It’s my birthday, and the staff were super welcoming! The food came out quick and hot, and the surprise free large drink totally made my day. Great service, friendly vibes, and top-notch quality as always. Thanks for making my birthday feel extra special!

Never coming to this canes again I asked for lemonade on my ordered and when they handed it to me I saw that it was tea and I told then this is not what I asked for and Madysn said “sorry we can’t take it back anymore” and didn’t care at all with a bad attitude. It clearly shows on my receipt that I asked for lemonade. They also would not give me my extra toast. I had to ask for it. NEVER AGAIN WILL COME HERE

I went to this location yesterday and was totally impressed. I typically don’t go inside fast food restaurants but on this day, I did because I really needed to use the restroom. I walked in and a gentleman named Derrick immediately greeted me with a smile and welcomed me in. When I came out I ordered a drink just so I could talk to him. He was so pleasant and asked me about my day and what I did for a living. He told me how impactful my work was and thanked me for what I do every day. I told him how great his customer service was and thanked him for the friendly face which was so rare these days. As I headed out to leave, he ran to the door and opened it for me and wished me well. I was more than impressed with his professionalism & customer service and told him to keep up the great work. Thank you, Derrick. You truly made my tough day so much better.

It was an overall really good experience for the quality of the food and for the money you spend. I eat a bit more than the average person and the box combo gets me just right most times or the caniac combo if I’m really hungry or been working hard so for 13.to 15 dollars expect great tasting chicken and a nicely sized portion

Fries were stale and cold. I live 2 miles away and they were garbage in that short time. Texas toast had no flavor, just tasted like dough. Chicken fingers are almost half the size they were when I went about a year ago. I was hoping their food improved, unfortunately it did not.

One thing to know about Raising Cane’s unlike other fast food is you must dine in not do take out. Doing take out means coming home to soggy fries and chicken. Hot and fresh with friendly service is what this location has. Shout out to Daniel for taking the picture.

The food is good as always… but the drive thru always moves superrrr slow. I’m not sure the reason, but it consistently takes about 3 times as long here as it does at other locations.

No thanks. This place was disgusting. i will never come back to this place. So sad because this location is so close near my home. The service was mediocre. The food was horrible, i found two long hairs and a bone in my tender. so unappetizing how does that even occur ?? um.. hello?? hairnets please!!!! I went back to the store just to be told they can give me two meals for free, NO THANKS. Why would i want to eat here again after seeing it’s obviously unsanitary. NEVER again i do not recommend this location. Not to mention you can even see the hair in the box in the picture we were taking of the bone.
