I don’t understand why the rating for this location is so low. My food is always hot and fresh and prompt and prepared as ordered. I even sometimes get napkins! But nothing beats my free 6 piece nuggets! Fresh and yummy!

So happy to have a reliable McDonald’s near us that has good, friendly service and hot, well-put-together food! Orders have been correct, but we usually order off the app to make sure so there’s no miscommunication, but inside and drive through have been accurate as well. Very glad to have a good one, especially compared to others in Louisiana, generally speaking.

If I could give them a zero I would. This McDonald’s is a joke. The manager Chloe is just beyond rude and was not helpful at all. I door dashed some food and asked for extra salted fries and extra onions on my burger and got stale unsalted fries and no onions. Mind you I’ve been sick for 3 days and haven’t eaten so to say I was hungry doesn’t cut it. Now I have a plain cheeseburger and stale fries. I’m just so tired of people not being able to follow directions. I will not go to this location again. Not to mention that they constantly park you when you are going through the drive through is just ridiculous.

I just had some fries that were soooooo delicious it prompted a review. These fries took me back to my childhood. I usually eat my fries on the way home so I can enjoy them while they are fresh. They were way too hot today- and by the time I made it home (about a 9 minute drive) they were PERFECT!! It was everything you would want McDonald’s fries to be. I came for the snack wrap- which was really good as well, but those fries!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don’t understand how a group of people can collectively be so bad at their job. Waited 30 minutes for a small order. Didn’t even give my my hashbrowns. Bad attitude from staff

Very rude manager who constantly rolled her eyes when taking my order, pushed the other workers out the way when she was walking through, scollded a worker for talking to a customer who called for him about an order. She has a ponytail and glasses and sounds like if a horse tried to eat a large rock whole. Very rude person, this location i expected higher standards for being one of there hot spots. She even got my food wrong.

The order kiosks should be used for convenience, not to substitute a cashier. Please have someone manning the front or at least looking over every so often. If a team member notices someone at the front and they’re not a cashier, stop what your doing and get one. It’s ridiculous having several of your associates looking over and not taking orders. It’s ridiculous having your associates ignore customers. Poorly manages establishment.
