My husband or I walked a mile this morning to have breakfast at Wendy’s. We arrived at 7:30 a.m. and was greeted by one of the employees telling us the dining room wouldn’t be open until 9:00 a.m. . I asked to speak to Renee the manager on duty and no one ever came back or said anything to us. We finally walked over to the window and she was standing there with that girl and the girl up in the window and said that Renee would not open the dining room until 9:00 a.m. since she couldn’t do it.. we proceeded to leave and go to Burger King which accommodated us for breakfast. Now what I find so annoying about this is my husband is an employee of this restaurant on medical leave. We will not go back and spend another penny at Wendy’s. They have shown how much they care about their customers and their employees. We were on our way to the doctor and have to walk to get anywhere and this is the respect we were shown. I don’t even want him to work for this place anymore but I will be letting the district manager and the corporate office know what is going on. They either need to replace these people or close the restaurant down because it is definitely not up to the standards of every other Wendy’s I’ve been to.. the temperature outside was 5° and they left the standing out there without even bothering to let us know a answer

This place is consistently bad. They are slow and always rude. They treat customers as if they are doing them a favor. Today, 10/14 a little after 10am, I waited at the drive through speaker after hearing the automated voice. No one ever came. I yelled multiple times and they never took my order. I drove around to head to McDonald’s and saw the workers just standing around. Makes no sense for whoever owns this place. Awful.

Location clearly identified to be open until 10:00PM. Arrived at 9:40. Doors all locked. Employees out back smoking pot and no one would allow a truck driver access to the establishment. If you’re the owner of this franchise, you’re wasting your money on the help you have hired. Do better.

Wendy’s continues it stellar track record of disappointing service. Just after noon on a Monday and the Springfield , KY dining room is locked up. Since I’m in a truck I can’t go through the drive through.

Never gets the order right. Even when I order a Dave’s single and they put chicken on it. All the employees look drugged out. The chili is 99% water. The manager is rude and curses at you when you tell them they got your order wrong. I seen multiple roaches in the bathroom. I’ll go to bardstown from now on for Wendy’s.

Pretty bad experience today. Ahead of me in line was a lady who had a pretty large order, so I figured there would be a bit of a wait; no problem. They didn’t pull the lady ahead of me up, so I waited behind her for several minutes until it was finally my turn. When I got to the window, I was handed my drinks; when I asked for a drink carrier, the employee turns around without saying a word and doesn’t come back for a while. While I’m waiting, the window is wide open and one of the employees is dropping f-bombs loudly. I used to be a QSR manager, and anyone with any sense knows that’s the number 1 thing you don’t do. Once I was handed my food, I had to ask for the drink carrier again and ask for straws. After checking the bag as best I could (they piled everything on top of each other to where I would’ve had to remove every item to see what was at the bottom), I pulled off. The staff were overall very unprofessional, and by the time I left there was a line of cars behind me after being in line for over 30 minutes. Once I got home, I discovered that they forgot dipping sauces, one of our fries, and utensils/napkins.
I definitely got the vibe today that there were only young, inexperienced kids there. Their age is not the issue (I’ve been in their shoes), but their attitude and seeming lack of care is.

Staff was very friendly but food experience was poor. Half of the fountain drinks were not available, the spicy chicken sandwich was dry and mostly breading and the french fries were old and not hot.

My father went up there and purchased two Asiago Chicken Sandwich meals and was given two burger meals instead. Fries were undercooked, some still raw. Only good thing out of this Wendy’s were the flavored lemonades. Wouldn’t recommend.
