Since 1964, Rosati’s Pizza has been using old Italian family recipes to bring the freshest, most authentic Chicago Pizza to neighborhoods in many states (and we continue to grow)! We forego trends and stick to tradition in order to Keep It Real! We use Real Ingredients for all of our pizza — Chicago Deep Dish, Thin Crust, Stuffed, and Double Dough! Our dough and sauce are made fresh every day, and our delicious cheese is hand-grated daily. Ingredients? We pile them high! In addition to pizza, we’re known for our amazing Italian pasta dishes (baked lasagna, mostaccioli and more), Italian Beef sandwiches, homemade breadsticks, wings, and antipasto. The staff was very friendly, greeting us with a smile and hello. While you order at the counter they brought the food to our table. The pizza was just the right combo of sauce to cheese. The worst part about the whole thing was waiting fort it to cool off enough to eat.

Service was excellent from the driver. The food was absolutely disgusting and not even cooked. I will never order a $25.00 pizza when I visit here. I came this weekend to help out at the company that I work for which has amazing food. And my son wanted something from Chicago since we’re from there so I left work got to my hotel and order this disgusting pizza! We can’t even eat this and when I tried to call them I was put on hold then hung up on then I called back and received no answer if I could give them no stars I would. How can any manager or cook send this order out to a guest. I guess they just don’t care here

I had the absolute worst experience ever! It took over 2 hours for my pizza to come to me. Was told an extended delivery time not once but twice. I was told 5 mins longer the second time and took 2 calls and a very heated conversation about the pizza still not being here 30 mins after the fact. To spend $80 on 2 pizzas and for it to look like this is absolutely ridiculous. The people on the phone were absolutely no help, food was cold, and would not compensate. Mind you they were less than 2 miles from the hotel we were staying at. I will not recommend this restaurant to anyone!

We thought this place would be like the Rosati’s in Chicago, Schererville or Valparaiso…that was a hard no. The pizza was not good. They were accommodating though. We had gotten ice cream before deciding to eat pizza and they put it in their fridge until we were done dinning. I appreciated that kind gesture but the pizza didn’t meet expectations

Absolutely horrible experience with Rosati’s tonight. Ordered delivery of two medium pizzas. We got the pizzas in about 70 minutes but they were destroyed as if someone literally dropped the pizza or it slid from the car seat.
When we called Slice (the app service they use) and sent them the pictures they then called the restaurant. Now mind you, we waited a long time for the pizza so we decided to just eat it anyway or what we could. The restaurant wanted to remake the pizzas and wanted the old ones back. Then when we told them we managed to eat it anyway, they offered a $5 credit on the order.
What we could eat of it was delicious I will say, but the customer service is not the same quality.

Pizza was hot and very tasty, even though it was a bit on the salty side. The outer end was perfectly crispy, but the center was slightly not as crispy. $26 for a 16″ Super Supreme after tax is still a really good bargain. Will definitely come back again.

A major disappointment to the Rosati chain. GYRO meat dried out and tasteless, shell hard and
tasteless. Once served the 3 workers sat down to their lunch of subway and noodles inc from across the street. Much better choice! No reaction when we told them the gyro was worst we ever had. Never disappointed in other Rosati locations but this one should be closed. A major flaw in the chain.

Everyone here is very friendly, and the food is great. Would be 5 stars but the bathroom there was pretty bad. The pizza in the picture is what I took home. It is very good

It’s a fine place I like the atmosphere was able to play a pinball machine waiting for my pizza. But my boyfriend ordered a Chicago deep dish and the crust just wasn’t for me. The inside like the toppings weren’t bad. The crust was hard and no taste to it.
