I have been ordering my cakes from this place for years. The past couple times I noticed that their service has gone down. This time, when I contacted them about ordering my office manager’s 40th birthday cake, they didn’t get back to me for two weeks. And when they did finally get back to me, they offered to make me the cake and sent me photos and I chose one. The cake that I received really does not look like the cake that they offered to me. They said that they’re going to make two flavors, it only came with one flavor. I sent them the two photos and expressed my disappointment. If I pay $200 for a cake, I expect to get something special. It was a bait and switch.

My family and I have come here twice for birthday cakes. They have done a beautiful job. The other best part of it they made them gluten-free both of them and you could not even tell the difference between a real cake and the gluten-free cake. My 11 year old loved the cake. This bakery is a must go for dessert and birthday cake. One was a cocholate and my husband was a strawberry short cake.

La Promenade is such a gem! We love supporting this family business—they have such a great variety of goods. Their cronuts are a must-try: so flaky, tasty, and just perfect. The crumb cake is amazing, and we’re big fans of their banana nut bread too. On top of all the baked goods, they also have some amazing salads that we grab from time to time. Always fresh, always delicious. Highly recommend checking them out!

La Promenade is amazing! As soon as you enter you are hit with the delicious aroma of fresh coffee mixed with the decadent desserts. Your eyes are then drawn to the beautiful display of desserts. The Guava Cream Cronut is to die for but so are the lemon meringue and key lime pie. You cant go wrong here. Did I mention they also have gourmet food there too! Cant wait to get a few of their main dishes to accompany the desserts that they knock out of the park.
