While on the way to the coast today we stopped here to pick up some burgers to eat. We ordered 2 Whopper Juniors with cheese. After leaving the restaurant we started to eat them. They were cold and the fries were not done. Will not eat here again. I cannot recommend this place.

Comically disappointing. I was going to give them the benefit of the doubt and 3 stars because I felt sorry for them, but after reading the other reviews, they probably don’t deserve it. They seem committed to providing this sloppy service. First of all, on a positive note, the burgers were adequate. There were two people ahead of us and the total drive through time was about ten minutes.

I ordered through the mobile app and my food was sent to the wrong location. The gentleman with the half red and half dark hair was so nice! He immediately fixed my issue. The workers were nice and even included me in their conversation. Wow, I haven’t had kind fast food service in a very long time! Thank you so much!!!!

Not only is the lobby closed at 1:30 pm but they don’t listen. I said my order and she asked me to repeat it AND they still got it wrong. I said large fry and drink, they gave me small fry and drink. Very disappointing.

It’s 8 :30 am and they open at 7. Came to order nobody was in line. Employees just sitting at the eating area and talking to each other while they made a mess inside. Door was locked so nobody can come inside to order. Food was horrible they were cold and look like they been stepped on.Food was soooo bad when we came back they returned our money and didn’t even want their nasty food back.
