We found this restaurant by chance on a work trip. The group had never visited the Northeast and this was our first meal in New Jersey. We found it amazing. From the menu, the decor and the charming waitstaff and patrons, we plan to visit again when we’re back in the area. Trattori Uno set the bar high and was our favorite meal.

Everything was sooo good !!! I Ordered a catering delivery of a full tray of penne, vodka, and a full tray of chicken français for a staff meeting. It arrived a few minutes earlier than we had asked. Everything was piping hot. They gave us plates and forks and serving utensils, which was awesome

Placed a large catering order on Tuesday for Black Friday and that Saturday. Spoke with Angelo who was accommodating, friendly and a pleasure to work with. He made recommendations for the order & worked within our budget. The food was delicious and the whole experience was painless. Will definitely order from here again.

Trattoria Uno lies along the busy US Highway 202. There is a medium-sized parking area in front of the plaza the pizzeria is a part of. Inside lies a welcoming interior with good lighting, clean tables, and great decorative wall hangers. The staff was very polite and friendly and the slice selection was excellent.
I decided to go with the meat lovers and the tomato slice. They were not stingy on the meat with this slice…it came fully loaded. Very filling. The tomato slice benefitted from amazing sauce. There was a good amount of cheese and the ratio to the sauce was excellent. Both slices had a nice crisp crust and base. The tomato slice is a real winner, and one of the better ones I’ve enjoyed in Somerset County.
Overall, this place has my approval! Excellent pizza!

If I could give them 1 million stars I would. Trattoria Uno is the best! The food is outstanding, affordable and delicious!! The Vodka pie is hands-down, the best in New Jersey. All the food is so good and always comes out piping hot and they are so willing to accommodate any menu changes.We try to come here at least once a week and it’s like walking into your family‘s house. Angelo is the absolute best and the entire staff are sweet and accommodating. You can’t get better food in Jersey for the price and the experience. We love it here so much!! Amazing food, amazing staff, and the homiest feeling.Nothing beats the Tratt!!!
