UPDATE (New review): I’ve change our rating to 5 stars, because of the response from the manager of this location (Paula). Our next order was perfect. She assured me that future orders will be as well. This kind of response is what you expect from a business that cares.

Original review: The last couple of times the food has been severely overcooked. The pizza, crazy puffs and detroit style were not fresh. Wife commented that the food seemed old and just re-heated. Crazy puffs so overcooked that they shrunk in size. It’s really a shame, because this location use to prepare orders perfectly. We will stay away for now.

They needed a new building but the pizza is just doughy in spots and the service is slow. Bread sticks don’t have any garlic so it’s like eating a stick of plain bread.

I waited in the drive through line for almost 10 minutes and only 1 car was ahead of me so I parked and went in. I ordered a lunch special and the girl kept going to the back and then come back out. She finally said I can’t sell you one because it doesn’t show up on my screen. Then she said oh I see it is 2 minutes after 2 and the special only runs until 2pm. If you would have waited on me at the drive through or not taken 5 minutes to take my order it would have been on time. Your own delay caused the problem and you said sorry and turned your back on me. Maybe I would have ordered something else but you never gave me the chance.
Any other Little Ceasars would have made it for me but not these lovely people. I left with nothing.

Ordered two large pepperoni and one large ultimate supreme thru drive thru. Waited about 5 min for them. Walked inside and Chris was taking them straight from the oven to the box! He cut them right in front of me! Gorgeous pizzas! My staff ate them all! Perfect pizza for large groups. Hot and ready quickly! Close to gasoline and the interstate. Be safe pulling in -it comes up on you quickly! Thank you Chris for a nice experience with a smile!

Why was I charged $9.36($10.02 w/tax)for a $8 hot-n-ready thin crust pepperoni, just regular, no extra topping or anything? I asked the man if the price went up and he said a little. It was $7.50 and online right now the menu says $8.00 but I was charged $9.36($10.02 with tax).

We been going to this one, cause it’s closer to us for three years now, our pizzas are always so hot you enjoy every bite, today we stoped there on my way home from Doctors office, in a blistering hot . chevy Suburban,, no air, to try the Fantastic 4, we get home short distance its ice cold, call manager she argued with me she just pulled out of oven , there’s no way, it was cold, me sick dizzy with pneumonia, wanted me to get in a high hot vehicle sicker than a dog, to bring it back up, basicallling me a liar, im a child of God, I do not lie, told her i can’t be back in the heat with no air conditioning with pneumonia, she didnt want to hear it, all the years we been going there, now to be treated that way, unreal, we will not go there again. God Bless lost money on a not Fixed right and didnt get our extra cheese also.

Husband ordered pep pizza 2 orders of crazy bread. And a icb.. cashier said 15 minutes. OK, waited the 15 went back in to get our food. After another 13 minutes finally got our short, spaghetti like crazy breads. Pep on pizza was spicy and our icb was almost burnt. Never visiting this location again. Very disappointed

They need a sign like Krispy Kreme that they can turn on when they have Hot n Readys and turn off when they don’t. There’s no parking lot anymore and the drive-thru line was barely moving. We got to the point of ordering only to find out they don’t have anything “hot n ready” available, but of course we’re stuck in line at that point because there’s a curb next to the drive-thru so you can’t pull out of line. Ridiculous!

This location hands down has to be the worst. Never anything hot and ready anymore. Sat here one night for 45 minutes and still no food and we cancelled. Placed a mobile order – drove 25 minutes to get here….still not ready. Another 15 mins. Literally never has good.
