Unbelievably great food! Easily my new favorite taco place in San Diego ❤️
They have very special tacos made with blue corn tortillas. We had the surf&turf and the poke tacos, they were served hot with a great presentation of the plates.
The atmosphere is quite nice and I appreciated the art on the walls!
The personnel was kind and helpful.
Also, I highly recommended for business meetings!

The Craft Taco at SOVA is so good! The tacos are super flavorful, fresh, and clearly made with quality ingredients. Every bite was delicious, and the portions were just right. The vibe at SOVA is chill and fun, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Such a great spot to grab tacos—definitely coming back to try more from the menu!

I love The Craft Taco! We first tried it in Balboa Park, and happily stumbled upon it again. Both times, the quality of the food and service was outstanding. There are a couple tables inside and outside and sufficient space for groups of 4-5. As someone who wants to try it all, I got the 3-taco platter, which comes with rice and beans. The chicken was my favorite, though the carnitas and al pastor tacos were incredible as well. The best part is the taco itself— it had the perfect crunch but held everything together very well. It just tastes so good, and while at first, it seems like a chain taco place, try it for yourself!

Wow! The tacos at this place are both visually appealing and absolutely delicious!! It’s in the middle of a business district and the place is fairly small. Most people did takeout, but we dined in and you order at the register. They have a lot of classic street tacos and you can pick 3 to build a taco plate that includes the beans and rice. The craft tacos are really unique and delicious as well, very interesting flavors that are truly a “craft,” each are $10 but it’s truly worth it as they’re bigger as well! There were 3 different waitresses and waiters who checked in with us as we ate and they were all super friendly! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This was such a cute find! Loved the Margaritas (Cucumber especially) and the tacos were fresh and fantastic. Highly recommend the spicy salsa on the side 😀 Maybe next time I’ll try to take some back to Seattle.

What an incredible find! Their crafted tacos begin with a homemade blue corn tortilla made to perfection—my mum would be impressed.

The New Yorker taco is my favorite. It features not just a thin piece of subpar meat, but a generous slice of USDA prime New York cut, cooked to perfection. It comes topped with cilantro, pickled red onions, crema, and cotija cheese.

What an amazing taco! One should be enough, but feel free to order two. Be open to the world; sit at a table with a total stranger and enjoy the food.

Today, I ordered the crafted shrimp and fish taco—OMG, what a fantastic experience! The flavors, combined with the added heat of the freshly made salsa, create a culinary experience that feels like an adventure in this small place. The frontman, Jose, is very down-to-earth and dedicated to sharing his love of food, allowing everyone to enjoy and experience something new without traveling out of the country.

If you’re nearby, you should definitely try this place. You’ll want to come back, and if it’s busy, wait—it’s well worth it. Eat at a local restaurant tonight!

Really good tacos! Not much seating so be aware of that, but the food is great. Street tacos are a decent deal, but craft tacos might be a bit expensive. Overall a great experience here.

Little taco shop in a corporate campus in a corner of Sorrento Valley. Big flavor. The bulgogi was excellent, tender, and just a hit of spice. The fish taco was tasty. There r guacamole also has a but of a kick (unless it was the salsa), but either way I enjoyed it very much. Definitely worth the out-of-the-way drive. Oh! The hard kombucha on tap was also great. There a rla few tables inside, and more seating outside. I think sitting in the warm sun with a cool breeze, drinking my kombucha, and eating excellent tacos in Sorrento Valley is almost peak California. Zero complaints about that. Four stars for atmosphere because this isn’t an elegant or even themed place. But it gets the job done, and that’s not bad.

Love having a taco place that isn’t rolled or fried tacos. I would just say be WARY of getting food to-go.
This is the third time I’ve got food to-go and Ive only had one good experience. Here’s watch to watch out for:
The “time estimate” is terrible. The first time I had planned a route to be right at the beginning of the “pick up time window”.
It was about 20 minutes early, yay? If you’re at the brewery near the shop, but not if you’re trying to pick up food for your family on your way home.
The food was room temperature, and my carnitas taco had destroyed all the tortillas on my taco plate before I could even take a bite.

This is the third time, and I went to order food in-person to remedy my previous mistake; they never told me the food was ready.
I ordered, sat down with a drink while I waited. After 35 minutes I went to ask about my order – it had been sitting on the counter for who knows how long.
So here I am sitting with my family again with our room-temperture food while I write this review. The second time I’ve convinced them to try it,only to deliver disappointment, again, for $50+

The food is good but I’m not exactly rushing back here unless its a perfect situation.
