They have very special tacos made with blue corn tortillas. We had the surf&turf and the poke tacos, they were served hot with a great presentation of the plates.
The atmosphere is quite nice and I appreciated the art on the walls!
The personnel was kind and helpful.
Also, I highly recommended for business meetings!
The New Yorker taco is my favorite. It features not just a thin piece of subpar meat, but a generous slice of USDA prime New York cut, cooked to perfection. It comes topped with cilantro, pickled red onions, crema, and cotija cheese.
What an amazing taco! One should be enough, but feel free to order two. Be open to the world; sit at a table with a total stranger and enjoy the food.
Today, I ordered the crafted shrimp and fish taco—OMG, what a fantastic experience! The flavors, combined with the added heat of the freshly made salsa, create a culinary experience that feels like an adventure in this small place. The frontman, Jose, is very down-to-earth and dedicated to sharing his love of food, allowing everyone to enjoy and experience something new without traveling out of the country.
If you’re nearby, you should definitely try this place. You’ll want to come back, and if it’s busy, wait—it’s well worth it. Eat at a local restaurant tonight!
This is the third time I’ve got food to-go and Ive only had one good experience. Here’s watch to watch out for:
The “time estimate” is terrible. The first time I had planned a route to be right at the beginning of the “pick up time window”.
It was about 20 minutes early, yay? If you’re at the brewery near the shop, but not if you’re trying to pick up food for your family on your way home.
The food was room temperature, and my carnitas taco had destroyed all the tortillas on my taco plate before I could even take a bite.
This is the third time, and I went to order food in-person to remedy my previous mistake; they never told me the food was ready.
I ordered, sat down with a drink while I waited. After 35 minutes I went to ask about my order – it had been sitting on the counter for who knows how long.
So here I am sitting with my family again with our room-temperture food while I write this review. The second time I’ve convinced them to try it,only to deliver disappointment, again, for $50+
The food is good but I’m not exactly rushing back here unless its a perfect situation.
