Every summer they have cotton candy blizzards that taste like frosted animal crackers and its soooo good! Started to take Starboii every once in awhile to get a quick bite of vanilla soft serve to the point where he waits for me to put it in his cup holder <3 staff is always friendly and I'm glad they work there!

This is the absolute worst DQ I’ve ever been to. First off it was in the middle of nowhere and the girls who work their are very weird. Very inattentive. Very unprofessional. Very condescending. Please do not go to this DQ only for townies. BBB (Black buyers beware) or BBB better business bureau. Let’s see which one comes first

I’ve been coming to this location since I moved to Girard in 2017. To be blunt… when I go through the drive thru there is a 50/50 chance that I’m getting sent home with the wrong blizzard. It’s happened multiple times. Sometimes I will check my receipt and find that my order was taken incorrectly and it was rung up for the wrong blizzard, but sometimes my receipt will show that the order was rung in correctly and they just simply don’t check orders when they hand them out the window and I get sent home with someone else’s blizzards. Accuracy is a huge weakness here…

We got coupons in the mail for a buy one blizzard get one for $0.99 blizzard, which was the reason for our visit. We ordered three blizzards and a dilly bar, we were rung up for a dilly bar and two blizzards at full price even though I gave the cashier the coupon and our third blizzard was skipped all together. We checked the bag and saw they missed one so we had to wait for several minutes at the window trying to get their attention, then when they finally opened the window again they said they didn’t charge us for the third blizzard and had us pay full price. The coupon (the entire reason we went to DQ) was taken and not entered into the price so we had to pay over three dollars extra.
