Ordered 2 can’t all shrimp dinners and wing dinner and cocktail sauce…went down road toward home and find out we didn’t have fantail but a different shrimp no cocktail sauce and chicken wings that were hard and dry like they were cooked the day before. Plus they couldn’t get order rung up right making me have to pay again for one dinner plus taxes. I have ate here lots before but never had an issue until now. Also the food today was bland no seasoning…we were sure disappointed and not sure if we want to go again in future.

The butterfly shrimp was great.
Coleslaw is good as always.
Onion rings were good but the portion was very small.
Staff is mindful of the customers. As time permits, they will go around, to make sure everything is good.

Food was very bland, lukewarm and overcooked. Chicken served had been sitting for a while. Honestly I should have took it back but lesson learned. Maryland’s Chicken use to be delicious. Use to be excited to come when we visited. It’ll be a while (long while) till I revisit. Sweet Tea and lemonade also very watered down and unsweet.. Miss the old days. ♀️ ♀️ ♀️

Haven’t been there since I was a kid. The chicken was perfectly cooked but could have had more flavor in the breading. I can tell they use good quality oil. We were passing through and I’m glad we stopped here for lunch.

Floors were so greasy in dining room, tables dirty and sticky. Went to bathroom (which is outside) was so old, door rusty and actually deterating, toilet wouldn’t flush and had hot water (not pleasant) no towels but a terribly outdated blower. Staff so friendly, owners please clean and update facility. Food soso, chicken taste like no seasoning, baked beans out of can and warmed and coleslaw FULL of dressing. Ugh.

I hadn’t been to Maryland’s Fried Chicken in 6 years. So I decided to order through the drive through. I ordered a 2 piece catfish dinner with fries and slaw. When I got home I reached in the box to eat a couple of fries. I pick up two fries along with a long piece of blonde/grey hair. Instantly I’m sick on my stomach. I called the restaurant to tell them what happened. My number was taken and I was promised a call from the manager which I never received. I will never go back again. When customers spend their hard earned money, they want great service.

The food was good. There is nothing like good fried chicken, and the sides are a good mixture of choices. Corn nuggets were one, and they are good, but it’s was the good service that made it even better. Make this a stop on your ride through town. You’ll be glad you did.

Five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stars everytime I visit my hometown FAVORITE place to eat. Their is nothing like Maryland Fried Chicken and its worth waiting in line if needed. My favorite are the gizzards and chicken but everything is so yummy. Thank you guys for sticking around and having the best Fried Chicken.
