So so so slow. Ordered at the kiosk and it took FOREVER to get our food- at least 20 min. Was not impressed with how slow the workers were moving and just joking around with each other. Food was good but seriously? 1 person making all the food!? Her name was Samantha and she told the guy in front of me that it always happens from 3-4 each day and if people wanted fast food… go to Mcdonalds!! Even Claire the team manager was talking like that. Like what?? Finally the manager came over and helped but it still was so slow. Will not be returning to this location. Very unprofessional!

I used to love Panera bread. But not anymore. I’m highly not satisfied for the last 2 times I’ve been there. I got a frozen coffee and a breakfast sandwich today. The coffee was half full, you pay almost $9 for that? And a breakfast sandwich that barley had sauce on it, barley had chicken, it was not good. And the last time. I got the Citrus Asian crunch salad with a side of chilli. Both not worth it. I would like to be contacted and compensated for all of this I just wasted $40 on food that was not worth the money. Panera is losing their touch

Had a “Green Goddess Salad” delivered while at work. The salad was sitting in a lot of water in the bowl, and even that didn’t have a secured lid. The avocado was still in the peel, and not green mostly brown and black. A majority of the lettuce was wilted or rotten. At first I tried taking out the bad parts and putting them in a paper bag. But there was so much I gave up and was scared it would make me sick. I was working so I could not return this salad. I threw it away.
I was craving a salad, but I now the thought of a salad turns my stomach. So thanks for that Panera. I went hungry that night.
My coworkers were as disgusted as I was. If this is what they are trying to feed people they should be shutdown.

We hadn’t been to Panera bread in quite a while. The app I have did not work so we went in and ordered at the counter. The guy who took our order did get it right but neglected to tell us that we could collect our cookies right there at the counter. We sat down and I was notified that was our food was ready. I had to ask where to pick it up and once we were just about done, I realized that I never received our cookies so had to go up to the counter and ask about them them. The guy who helped us was on the phone so another person gave me the cookies and explained that he should have given them to us right at the counter. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was okay but the service could use improvement for those of us who are not frequent guests.

A lady was yelling, that was a worker who seems to either be the manager or boss don’t why she’s yelling names but she was. Food was very little amount yet over priced, bread stale and clearly something was wrong (crouton out matched the lettuce in my salad). The quality has changed at this location, it was very slow to get food. When I asked about my food the manager or boss was rude about it.

My daughter and I went in today for lunch. I ordered a whole salad and she ordered a bread bowl with macaroni. When I picked up our order 20 minutes later I noticed they filled her bread bowl up less than a quarter full and my salad was in a half size salad and only half of that bowl was full. After mentioning this I got a 3/4 full salad and was told the macaroni is “portioned”. I pulled up the picture of the bread bowl with macaroni online and it’s spilling out of the bowl and the salad bowls are all full.
Stop saving a buck by charging the same and giving less. Especially when you have photos to reference.

When ordering delivery or take out be sure to ask for extra salad dressing. They put the bare minimum in the dressing cups. Unless you like dry salads of course. I ordered for lunch and only could get a few bites of the salad as the cup of dressing was a joke.
