Service was terrible- food was terrible, staff was awful, they just didn’t care if we were there or not. Waited at the counter for over 5 minutes waiting to be acknowledged by someone while they all sat and talked and played with their phones, when Manager finally came out of the office, she didn’t even se to notice that we weren’t being helped. I ordered an #12 and it was hot but nasty . I asked this woman a question about my food and she acted like she couldn’t hear me and like she didn’t wanna help me out. I believe her name was Flora or some like that . She wasn’t friendly . I didn’t feel welcomed or anything like that . I really wish I could get my money back .
