It been a minute since I been to Burgerking but my last experience was phenomenal. Pulled to the speaker cashier was very nice friendly and helped me decide what I wanted to eat. Got to the window paid for my food she offer me a crown I denied it. She said why you should take it and wear and think about what a great experience you had. I took that crown wore it back to work and everyone laughed i told them that was the best experience I had in fast food in a very long time. Whoever running that location deserves a recognition

We ordered 2 meals a double whopper with no mayo, no onions, no cheese and a regular whopper combo. We got home and realized the double had everything on it. We drove back to Burger King and the manager came to the window to resolve the issue. We got our sandwich and a courtesy fry however we were missing a patty so we pull back around and as soon as we got to the window the manager pulls the window back with an attitude without any questions or nothing and says “no mayo, no onions, no cheese” and I said yes ma’am, we’re missing a patty, handing her the receipt and saying it’s supposed to be a double. Like why you got an attitude without any questions us and yall got our food incorrect multiple times????

My hubby & I decided we’re not going back over there unless it’s a last result. The girl that took our order was cool but the manager with the cocked eyes wasn’t at all. I described her that way not to be funny but I don’t know her name and that’s really the only way to identify her.

Placed and paid for order using BK App when I went to location to pickup order was told they had no original chicken or any other chicken except nuggets. No one knew how to refund my money or transfer my order to another location. DO NOT USE this App thinking you will be able to receive what you ordered when you get to location for pickup.

Dear Burger King, We had a good two month run. I was thoroughly enjoying my daily breakfast with you. Sadly, all good things come to an end. On a beautiful Monday morning I drove into your drive thru like I do every morning and gave my order to a very sweet, but obviously new employee. She really did try her best to find the diet coke button on the register, but unfortunately after several minutes and no one stepping in to help her, I had to cancel the order as I did not have more time to invest in ordering breakfast. Unfortunately for me, for the next couple of weeks I purchased my morning nutrition from another establishment to give the girl time to learn enough to be able to complete my order. With an intense desire for those crispy delicious hashbrowns I ventured into your drive thru again for my breakfast only to be told “We don’t open until 7″……say what???? When I asked if this was something new I was informed that because of the curfew (9 pm – 6 am minors and 12 am – 6 am adults unless they are traveling back and forth to work) they were no longer opening early. Thankfully, though hashbrowns are not near as delicious, other establishments are carrying on as usual so I will be frequenting those.

This location is trash. Customer Service is trash. Work ethic is trash as well. I ordered online and had to wait 35 min. I along with multiple other customers had to pull up and wait and it wasn’t that busy. I was given someone else’s order so I had to wait an additional 30 – 40 min to finally get my order. I dont know who is managing this location….The employee’s are rude and shouldn’t be working in the customer service business.

The restaurant wasn’t completely dirty but it was hot and the ladies that was there were not friendly which is very disappointing since the food tasted like a microwave cheese burger from the gas station I would rather have good service over the rest cause being nice hasn’t costed anything

This was one of the worst Burger King I’ve visited. The was food subpar. The order was all wrong. But I’m glad the staff had fun laughing and joking while messing up my order. This was a pick-up order. Toppings that were plainly stated were not added, and toppings I didn’t want was. Thus, I feel as if this was a letdown.
