We love Carmelo’s. The owners are very kind and often are back there working just as hard during the rush times. We usually do pick up but the inside sit down area is very nice. My job also buys from them all the time for pizza days and meetings. The meat lover’s pizza, the chicken parm, and the Italian hoagies are some of the best around. I’m happy to support such a landmark of Bridgeton, and I’m sure you will be too.

This pizza shop is a rip-off—- I just moved here from Philadelphia, and although I like the area the pizza and wing spots are out of control with pricing etc… I ordered one large plain pizza and it came to $22 and some change——and it’s was mediocre at best with tiny slices …Pham a large pizza in Philly is tops $12.50
This is because there are not many competitors in The area, and as a result they can charge and steal accordingly – and get away with it!! The surrounding area may be somewhat parochial and as a result the people just accept it and not be receptive to being economically pulled …. I’ll take the drive ! Peace!

I used to order from Carmelo’s all the time, but I have gone through bad experiences with them. First, I can’t even call from my number because they don’t allow me to order food for some stuff that doesn’t even make sense. Second, my husband went yesterday to pick up a pizza and the lady was being rude and it looked like she didn’t even want to be there. And third, pizza came burnt from the crust. One time they even gave me food that wasn’t cooked properly and was still cold from the inside.

We tried a small plain pie well done, and the kids chicken fingers and fries. The pizza was decent, chicken fingers were great, the fries were kinda soggy and didn’t taste that good. Everything for just Under $20. We will try different things next time!

Absolutely best buffalo wings! Delivery drivers are always prompt and polite. One time , I misplaced my money, and Chris, the driver, was very patient and waited until I found the money. Great food, great service, and highly recommend them.

I have been eating here since I moved here in September and I’ve always had a good experience. Until tonight. I got to the bottom of my chicken finger salad and there was a tiny roach in the bottom. Won’t be eating here again.

The staff is really friendly and helpful. They had a special menu for the day and I tried the bang bang cheesesteak wrap. It was really good and came with fries. They are very clean. The dining room is very chill and relaxing for a couple or friends. Prices are fair.

I cannot say enough good things about Carmelo’s. I work for a local school, and we frequently place LARGE orders for delivery. Even when I make a mistake (which isn’t often, but it happens!), Megan and her team take care of us. I think sometimes we forget about the value of a good word along with a dollar spent, especially when we have established businesses like Carmelo’s. There’s a reason they are an established and valued part of this community, though. They care about their customers, and everyone who works there wants to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. So, thank you to everyone at Carmelo’s, but specifically Megan, for taking care of us and continuing to show up for your community.
