Came in for dinner on a snowy Tuesday night and we were the only table in the restaurant. They were super attentive and friendly! We ordered Butter Chicken, Saag Paneer, Garlic Naan, and a Rupee beer— all excellent! I agree with another reviewer that the Butter Chicken is on the sweeter side, but it was still delicious. My partner mentioned that we were there to celebrate my birthday, and at the end of the meal they surprised us with complimentary dessert! This was an all around wonderful experience, and we will for sure be back soon

Indian dishes were so/so, but the Nepali options were amazing. Momo is great and ChauChau was tasty. Will say the samosas were very good as well. Interior is nothing to brag about but the service was good and they were very friendly!

Amazing food – Extra Amazing Service.
To start , the restaurant has been constructed so beautifully that the chimneys from the kitchen emits beautiful aromas right on to the road and you are drawn inside by that magical aromas..
We ordered the following
1. Veg thali – It had such huge variety in 1 thali. Alu gobi , paneer sag ( kinda like palak paneer see photo for reference ) , mix vegetable , chole , Ample amount of rice , and butter naan.
Every bite tasted like heaven. Especially the Alu gobi tasted as if it was straight from a Dhaba . Deserves a 6/5
2. Samosa chat – We were a party of 5 people. The samosa chat plate was wiped clean within minutes. Amazing taste. Well plated and had the perfect combination of spice and tanginess. 4/5
3. Chicken 65 : Being a Gravy-terian I couldn’t taste it but the feedback from others was ‘ fingerlicking’ good .
4. Another Veg thali – We couldn’t get enough of the first plate and had to order another one.
5. Another chicken 65 – No comments needed
6. Momos : There was no Veg – Non veg combo but the server Mr. Lal Bahadur was kind enough to offer us a half and half, and since we were a party of 5 he offered to give us 10 moms instead of 8. How amazing is that. The Veg Momos tasted just okay. But not that bad . 2.5/5. Non veg momos had a better feedback . 3.5/5. I just wished they had Mayo to serve with the Momos. Yes I am one of those who eat Mayo with Momos.
7. Butter Chicken : The butter chicken which was served was very sweet. On request he changed the half eaten dish and replaced with a entirely new dish,which from my past experiences I never expect from Indian Restaurants here in USA. The new dish again tasted straight out of a dhaba. So buttery , perfectly spiced . Just yum 5/5
8. Mango Lassi : Thick Mango lassi with a good natural mango flavour. 4/5
Special Thanks to Mr. Lal Bahadur who provided with such amazing service that I could write on and on about this amazing restaurant. I had lunch at 3 and didn’t have the capacity to eat dinner..
Cherry on top : They had Saunf ( fennel) too. Perfect way to end a meal for every Indian .
Just go and experience their food and hospitality for yourself.

This place is simply awesome. The manager was so enthusiastic about the food and the culture and the history of Nepal that I felt like we were watching a show! His wife and his niece were also extremely Pleasant and of course the entire restaurant was very nice, it had a lovely atmosphere nice lighting and a variety of seating types. The food was incredible two. I took pictures and I’m going to see if I can post them here now as well. I can see now why so many individuals and also the media have praised this restaurant. I’m a newbie in town and so hadn’t had a chance to visit it but boy am I glad I did. You’re missing something if you don’t try Mr India!

Great service and food! Poppadums were served as a complimentary appetizer. I had the Tandoori chicken with rice and ordered a side of chicken naan. My drink was Mango Lassi, no ” Lassi come home!” jokes please, and my entire meal was delicious. The portions were good. My chicken was served on a hot skillet.
I liked the atmosphere, Indian music playing over the speakers, and how the restaurant was decorated.
I recommend a visit. Take out available. GrubHub delivery.

I had the minced lamb Naan for an appetizer and a sampler plate special, the non veg Thali for my main course. Tonight we had shrimp korma and chicken madras, coconut naan. Amazing flavor. Live music was entertaining (just a tad bit loud). A nearby table ordered the Tandoori Tuesday and aromas filled the restaurant with the best smelling Indian food I’ve smalled in a long time.

Tried the Kathmandu chicken chili which you have to have with the sauce, great flavors and well cooked but it changes everything to have the sauce. We are on vacation and wondered into this delightful spot! Ganesh greated us and we ordered our favorites and he did not disappoint. The sauces are very tasty and spiced perfectly. We ordered classics, Chicken Tikka and Lamb Korma, the meats cooked very well. My daughter especially loved the garlic nan! Thank you so much and when we are in town again, we will return.
