Ordered the Thai noodle dish. All I could taste was peanut sauce. Vegetables seemed completely UNCOOKED, as in ‘Raw’. I hope the cooks learn how to properly steam/cook the veggies! It’s likely I will not be back for a long time….

it was great, had good staff, and was all around a good time. the time it took to get the food from when it was ordered only took like 7 minuets, which is pretty crazy. the family size serving is huge, they stated that the family bowl should feed 5-8 people, and they were not kidding. the huge serving was enough to feed 7 people easily. it was certainly worth it. in my picture i forgot to get a picture before i ate, so that is why it is nearly empty.

Like most recent reviews, its going downhill and it shows literally, almost all the booths need serious reupholstered and its been this way for along time now. Staff is hit or miss but the absolute worst part was where I was seated I could see the finished orders and I had ordered the shrimp osaka and the wife got pork noodles, we could see our food in the window for over 5 minute, here is the BEST PART – The cook reaches up and takes a good portion of my shirmp off my plate and adds it to a to go order.. Is that a common practice? He finally rings the pickup bell after putting up 3 more dishes, she comes over and yep missing a good portion of my food, I inform the waitress of what happened and she says “Oh sorry about that” I asked her to let the cook know I saw him and to inform him that was not cool, she walks off grabs another order and doesnt say a thing to him.

Made an order online. The rice was mushy in all 3 meals, hardly any chicken in them and the pieces that were in there were very over cooked and hard. I tried calling and got no where. Also, we ordered the larges and the containers were MAYBE half full. Very disappointed usually the service is good and the food is made well. Also got a large sautéed green beens and the container was maybe a quarter full. I’ve ordered the large in the past and it’s usually at least 1/2 full. Very disappointing for over $40.

Place has really gone down hill. I never see any of the original good staff around anymore, management must have changed too, food takes so long, very sloppily made, and everyone seems to have an attitude. Also noticed, that for every bad review, somehow 2 really good ones pop up within the hour, interested to see if any pop up after this.

Place has really gone down in the last couple of times I have been here. I was the only person in the entire place besides the workers and the food took close to 45 minutes to come out for a simple rice bowl. There would be a few people coming in, wait for a bit, get their food, and leave while I am still sitting here waiting and waiting and waiting. It reached a point where I was about to just walk up to the counter and request for a refund. All the workers appear like they dislike what they are doing and that you’re a nuisance for actually being there. I gave this place a few tries hoping it was just an off-day because the food is still good but after the third time of being an “off-day” I’m now thinking its not an off-day and now seems to be the norm. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Ordered and got the wrong thing. Drove 20 minutes home to realize it was the wrong order. Called and was told it could be replaced. Got the order home and the beef was ice cold and the slaw was half full. It was also filled with liquid. I called again and was told I could get a gift card sent to me. After using that gift card I will not go there again. The beef was poor quality and I have been going there for awhile. I am not impressed at all by their products served. Won’t go back ever
