Also this has to be the most filthy Dairy Queen/ fast food restaurant I’ve ever been too. Literally employees walking over piles of trash. Nothing wiped down, old ice cream everywhere.

I went to the clinton store and it was very disappointing. I ordered a kids chicken strip meal with a mini blizzard and the cashier said I couldn’t do that only a kids cone. I told her I always do but she said no. So I ordered a cup of chocolate. They were out of chocolate ice cream so I ordered a dish of vanilla. I then ordered a mini blizzard of the month and was told they were out of toppings for that then tried ordering the previous blizzard of month and they were out of those toppings too.
Finished the order and sat down and waited. The family that ordered after us got their ice cream then their food before she even asked us if we had received anything. Icecream was half melted and the food took another 10 minutes. We were at the store over 45 minutes with very poor service.
I was very disappointed. Should have left after hearing they were out of what I ordered.

Sadly we go there several times a week! Their vanilla and chocolate twist machine hasn’t work in over a month! They can do stacked chocolate and vanilla but it is soft most times and the large cone depends on who is making it! The blizzards are fine! Why can’t owners get twist cone machine fixed!

I’m typically not one to complain but when it seems like management sees no issue with how they are doing things it just rubs me wrong. I waited in the drive through for an unacceptable amount of time just to find out they had shut down their grill an hour before closing. I was then stuck in line and decided to just order ice cream. I asked to speak to a manager and was told she was on break. Had to explain to him that an upset customer probably warranted her to come off break and to please go find her which he finally did. manager told me she was the only one of at least four employees that knew how to run a grill (train your employees!) and she needed a break (apparently an hr long break). Also said she needed to clean the grill before close. Since when does a restaurant close their grill and refuse customers food an hour before they actually close just so they can clean? Serve your customers and clean after close!

Management needs reprimanded! The manager “Abbie” came to the window to assist and was nothing but rude with an attitude. The entire time i could hear and partially see her screaming, using profanity, verbally abusing, the children working their shifts.

Staff use of the f word was disappointing. Person in front of me inquired about a senior discount which they said they do. She told them she was a senior. He rang her up and didn’t give her the discount. She asked him if he gave the discount. He said no. Never offered to make it right.
Floor was very sticky and we were the first ones in when it opened.
Lots of room for improvement here.

The expectation of the blizzard I ordered was perfect. My only complaint is how unbelievable dirty this establishment was. This place needs to be scrubbed from top to bottom including the windows and door handles. It was so bad.

I genuinely do not think I’ve ever had a good experience at this location. If there’s more than 4 cars in line your ice cream will be melted. I’ve had food missing almost every time I order with no help from staff. Kids are young, no issue if they did their job. I’ve watched them flip their hair around and make tik toks in the back while I stand around for my ice cream. I’ve had hair in my food and ice cream countless times. It’s disgusting and I’m sure behind what we can see at the window and counter is even more disturbing. I hope they get new management or a surprise visit from the health department.

I would give them “zero” stars if possible.
We are local. We live on the south side of town.
I drove my grandson all of the way up there so he could order dinner.
He was denied service at the counter, we were denied service at the drive through.
Four pm.
They were working on a large “door dash” order.
Big concert in town tonight.
Gotta impress the “out of towners”.
You just lost a “local customer” for life!!!

DQ chicken tenders are the best!
Got a yummy oreo ice cream cake too and can’t wait to celebrate our Granddaughters birthday with it!
