I had one of the most uncomfortable experiences at this location last night… From the moment I walked in, the employee was loudly complaining to another customer about how his coworker left him alone and now he had to “do everything by myself.” It created an awkward atmosphere for everyone in the store.
When it was my turn, he continued complaining, slamming things around, and visibly acting frustrated. I asked for a little more vegetables because he barely put any on my taco, and he told me it would be an extra $1 because “this is all I have left for the rest of the night.” It was 8:45 PM, they close at 10 PM, and I had only asked for a tiny bit more because he literally gave me three pieces of vegetables on one of my tacos. Charging extra made absolutely no sense.
Then a DoorDash driver came in, and the worker told him to have a seat. The driver didn’t fully understand, and instead of explaining, the employee raised his voice and said, “Man, I told you to have a seat. See, you don’t listen. You just don’t listen. I’m by myself.”
The whole vibe was unprofessional, uncomfortable, and honestly unnecessary. I will not be returning to this location.

Great experience with Hot Head. We ordered pickup and it was ready before the scheduled time! Made it home in time to avoid any kind of traffic and be able to sit and enjoy dinner! Also, everything was CORRECT in the order!!!

This was my second time coming here and i brought my sister who hasn’t tried their food. The customer service was 10/10 The lady was so patient and helpful shouts out to the employee named Myrah. The food was also a 10/10 and they have reasonable prices!!! Will be coming back as well as to signing up for rewards!

Service was great. shout out to the guy in there at night who was extremely helpful and accomidating to our request to dine in at 9:37pm food hit the spot after a long day and the atmosphere was very chill. 5 out of 5 out of 5 all day.

I started eating this 4 minutes after I got it and he made it while I was there, so there should have been some warmth to the food. It was completely cold, chicken, beef, and all. There are standards for hot holding food, so I was afraid to eat meat that is held at room temperature. Hot food does not go cold that fast wrapped in a bunch of foil. Chicken was very dry also. First time eating at Hot Heads, but was very disappointed. A wate of $10 for 4 small tacos. The guy was very nice though.
